The reception area was comfortable and well decorated. It offers many activities. They gave us a twin room instead of a double one but the issue got resolved very quickly and in a friendly manner. The personel at the bar is unfriendly. The rooms are okay but dark. Location of the hotel is quite good.

Bare mega fantastiske medarbejdere, gode til at hjælpe og rigtig meget forskelligt/kreativt at lave.
plus det lægger lige i byen med gå afstand til alt.
Det eneste der kan være et minus er deres restaurant. Det tog stort set en time for os at få maden… og så var prisen lidt for meget…
Men ellers alt i alt var alt perfekt og en go oplevelse helt klart et sted der kan anbefales

Staff was honestly amazing, kitchen staff was also amazing and so friendly. Bat had some great food and drinks and we were honestly surprised as most places that offer food really lacks in quality. Room was clean bathroom wasn’t as clean as the room there were toothpaste residue on faucet and mirror was still dirty. No face towels and really the bed was the main thing we didn’t like. It was like sleeping on a brick as hard as it was lol but location was great too!

Das Personal war leider weder freundlich noch hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Hotel war zwar wunderschön, jedoch wurde das Badezimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt hätte ich mir mehr Sauberkeit und besseren Service gewünscht.“
