I couldn't sleep all night because the walls weren't soundproof, and I could hear everything from the late-night party in the next room to the sound of the shower. Despite hanging a "Do Not Enter" sign on the doorknob, a cleaning staff member came in around 7am and woke me up. The room smells bad because I can't open the window and the ventilation is poor.

Hard to find negative about this hotel. Top floor bar and grill has the best view after dark.

Located very near the Acropolis and Parthenon Museum. Everything was very accessible on this location.

The room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The amenities were a nice touch. There was even shoe Polish cleaner available! There was a book in the room detailing all of the hotel detail and even stating the tap water was safe. The rooftop bar is amazing with beautiful views of Acropolis at night and the staff are very friendly. The burger was excellent as well.

Okay for a quick stay in Athens

Perfect location and wonderful, friendly staff..walking distance to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum, Ermou street, Plaka, Monastiraki. Metro station (Synggrou-Fix) is a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Acropolis metro station just a 5-10 minute walk. Great place and always enjoy staying here!

The hotel staff was very helpful

The view from the rooftop bar was gorgeous. The rooms were clean but there was a bad smell that came and went from the hallway. The staff could be unengaged though nice in conversation. Elevator seemed dicey and typical for Athens, very small.

The hotel was excellent and beat my expectations, especially the following: - Brilliant location, we walked everywhere and right next to the metro - 24hr front desk, we landed very late, but staff were on hand, helpful and friendly even at 4am - Very good breakfast and very good value adding this on I thought Overall a really nice experience and good value for Athens.

Very convenient location to Acropolis. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see and do.

Excellent beds, linens and towels. Appreciated the location close to Acropolis, free in room water, coffee/tea. Hotel was showing wear and tear on flooring, a slow draining tub and leaky faucet. Breakfast buffet 7/10. Food could have been hotter/fresher. Wait staff were brusque.

Fantastic stay at the Acropolis Select Hotel. The location is unbeatable; just a few minutes’ walk to the Acropolis, making it perfect for exploring Athens. The highlight is definitely the rooftop bar, offering a beautiful setting and a stunning view of the Acropolis, especially at sunset. The staff were consistently helpful and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located hotel with great atmosphere and service.
