This hotel is conveniently located to Athens downtown and Acropolis. The seventh floor bar offers good food and beverages for a reasonable price and sunset view of the acropolis is awe’s from there. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I’ve stayed three times here and would choose it again. The metro is a block away.

First, I took public transportation. I took the X95 Express bus to Syntagma Square and then the A2 bus for 3 stops. My directions indicated 160 meters. I walked through a narrow area that ended up being a resturant. Outside seating was at the end. It looked like a lot of construction going on, but I never felt unsafe. My room was fantastic, roomy, clean, no weird smells, and no carpeting instead hardwood floors which was a plus for me. I was given a card for a welcome drink at the rooftop bar, which I enjoyed as I looked at the Acropolis. My room was very chic, the sink and toilet were both black and very cool looking. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff was so helpful in getting me oriented. The Acropolis and New Acropolis Museum are a couple blocks down, but you pass other historic greek ruins on the way. There are plenty iof eateries along the way and so much shopping that I don't know where it ends. I took the hop on hop off bus, that was close to hadrians gate, but ended up walking from one square to the next just following the shopping and the food. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located near train stations and is easily accessible from the airport and downtown locations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast is marvelous. Hot food, cold fruits and cheeses, good bread. The roof bar has the best view of the acropolis. The sunset there is too good. It’s less than a mile walk to the acropolis two train stops away from the downtown shopping area. I liked this hotel and have rebooked it twice.

I have to be very honest. I’m not sure if it was the mosquito problem the hotel has or my room had bed bugs but getting bit 21 times while being inside the hotel was something that definitely ruined my stay at this hotel. They accommodated me the most they were able too to rectify the situation which I super appreciate but it ruined my trip as I was uncomfortable and itchy. The first time I complained, all they gave me was a mosquito repellent for the room, when it started getting out of hand- they upgraded my room, gave me free drinks, discounts on hotel dining, and even washed my clothing to make sure I was handled but something like that is hard to just let go.
The staff in all was super amazing and friendly. I guess staying at any hotel comes with a risk.
The hotel is super local and quite convenient to plaka st and the down town area if you will. I would love to give this hotel a perfect rating but this situation stops me from doing so.
