Great little hotel right on the water and away from the noise of the marina area. Front end staff were fantastic. Lovely breakfast buffet. Easy 9 out of 10!

Great staff

The staff was amazing especially Maria at reception. The room was nice and had a beautiful view of the sea. We would stay again in beautiful Paros!

The bathroom in the room was dirty and very old. The toilet was reported to be broken, but it wasn't fixed. It's a shame, because the location is good and the hotel has potential, but it needs better maintenance.

Amazing customer service both front desk and cleaning staff. Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and ferry. New windows and doors throughout. Wonderful breakfast. Great air conditioner. My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower stall. Very accommodating for scents.

My room was lovely and spacious but the bathroom was a little tight. I loved the location— away from the constant noise of Parikia town but still with many dining options nearby, and right across from Livadia beach. Great idea to have a mount on the patio to hang up beach towels or hand washing.

Lovely Hotel with exceptional staff. Breakfast options were great. Very clean and within walking distance to Beach and old town of Parikia. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you Maria and Team, you made our stay very memorable.

Maria, Helen, and the staff at the Alkyon Hotel were wonderful and made our stay memorable. Navigating the narrow street to get there is a “heads up” experience but that’s life in Greece, generally speaking. Beautiful view of the sea, sailing boats, and the town of Parikia beyond is wonderful. Book suite number one. It has a balcony overlooking the water.

Maria at reception was very helpful. The property dining area offers beautiful views of the sea. Our room was not as advertised. The biggest issue was the bathroom. It smelled like mold and we had no hot water the night we arrived. The next morning the entire shower handle fell off. It had clearly been glued on once before. We had no option but to let the cold water run until the reception desk opened in an hour. They called a plumber who came that afternoon to replace the handle. Disappointing for the price, but if you don’t mind a cruise ship sized bathroom and a mold smell, the location is good.

El hotel es pequeño, de playa, sin muchas pretensiones, pero a un precio por encima de lo que ofrece. El hotel no tiene ascensor, y si te toca la segunda planta tienes que subir con las maletas a cuestas. Pero lo peor fue encontrar insectos en el interior de las almohadas, lo cual nos pareció muy desagradable y llegamos a pensar que serían chinches o algo parecido. Al comentárselo a la recepcionista, nos comentó que eran insectos de los árboles que estaban al lado de nuestra terraza, y eran inofensivos.

The views from this hotel was the absolute best part of this whole place! The breakfast was great, the staff was so nice and helpful - they helped us rent a ATV and was there as soon as we got there. They can also help you book a boat tours, etc. The room was a little small but didn’t bother us at all and fit two people perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Paros!

Lovely property, room was all we needed. The area is perfect! Breakfast was basic but still great as a grab and go. Had parking for our quad bike which was very helpful. Staff were lovely!!

This was a wonderfully operated hotel with a great breakfast, clean and polished hallways and wonderful view of the acropolis. I had already been in Athens for many days and this was a new hotel for me. It is located just outside of the tourist area so you will have to get use to the graffiti and riot police, organized on every corner on the weekends due to regular organized demonstrations/protests. It is so unfortunate that this hotel is tarnished by external neighborhood factors. Having said this, I would eagerly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who can ignore the factors that the hotel cannot possibly control.

Budget hotel, nice and clean, easy access to the beach and the beach club. It was a 10-minute walk to town. No much of front desk support but overall safe and great location.

Loved the little boutique hotel with a great breakfast with a beautiful view in the patio. Loved the location literally steps from beach. Convenient to everything! Shopping, restaurants, ferry port and local buses. I didn’t want to rent a car, but I did at the end because it was cheaper than Uber, taxi, and easy to drive around the island. Rental right next door.
