Oh, the view was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. It was about a 10-minute walk along the waterfront to the Old Town city center. We took a taxi from the port to the hotel for 20 euros, but once we realized it was walkable, we chose to walk when we departed. There is a sidewalk though there were portions where we had to walk on the road with our carry-ons.
The hotel is located next to a busy road, but the outstanding sea view more than made up for it. It sits directly across from the water and has a small beach area nearby, with a larger beach just a short walk down the road. There is a nice sitting area out front. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good as well.

Best stay for a budget hotel. Fantastic view in the area. Best view for sunset. Evangelia and Kostas were absolutely fabulous and helpful. Very courteous, got served with a delicious rice pudding made specifically with our dietary preferences. People with big heart!! Will definitely come back again. 🌞👍👏👏🍾

The staff were absolutely wonderful at both the hotel and the restaurant - arguably the best part of staying here was the staff! Great central location so everything is walking distance. The food was great, and when we had to leave early the day of checkout, they prepared a box for us to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to be back soon!

Simple and basic accommodations, breakfast included, and combined with staff that are genuine and kind. Nearby to delicious restaurants, and across the street from the beach.

Booked a partial sea view room- it was just average. Very small, shower was not in very good condition. We asked for a full view room- it was much more modern and refreshed than the partial sea view. Decent location - about a 15 min walk to the port and just across from the beach.

The bathroom in the room was dirty and very old. The toilet was reported to be broken, but it wasn't fixed. It's a shame, because the location is good and the hotel has potential, but it needs better maintenance.

Amazing customer service both front desk and cleaning staff. Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and ferry. New windows and doors throughout. Wonderful breakfast. Great air conditioner. My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower stall. Very accommodating for scents.

My room was lovely and spacious but the bathroom was a little tight. I loved the location— away from the constant noise of Parikia town but still with many dining options nearby, and right across from Livadia beach. Great idea to have a mount on the patio to hang up beach towels or hand washing.
