Fantastic beds

The property was very nice. The food superb. Beach was not great. But the pool was wonderful.

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc. There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

A delightful experience! The 300 room hotel is well situated, a few minutes drive to the old and new parts of Rhodes town and to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to the best beaches located on the south side of the island as well as to the cute beach village of Lindos and to the airport. Facilities are top notch and the staff even better! The breakfast buffet offers all options and the omelet chef made the best! Specially highlight at Mary at Reception and Litsa or Housekeeping for their personal attention. Over and above! We will return!

The beach is a pebble beach, the hotel does not have a reserved area on the beach. The location means that you hear airplane noises.

The staff treated us like royalty. We came for our honeymoon and arrived 2 days late due to airport issues. They had a nice bottle of wine and sweet treats in our room with a nice card. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. The lounge had live entertainment nightly, children welcome. There is not one thing you could possibly complain about. Would come again.

We had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..

Amazing experience with a 5 month old baby. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We opted for a room with a private pool which worked very well.

Excellent resort with upscale touches in the otherwise quite middle-of-the-road island of Rhodes. We stayed at the resort with my family ranging from 6 to 65 in age and everyone was very pleased. There was nothing uniquely exceptional about this resort, but everything was meticulously maintained and up to expectations. My mom and dad enjoyed their beautiful sunset view from the balcony and my daughter loved her "secret pool" on our balcony. And she loved the kids club, of course. Even though compared to many other luxury resorts, it was quite a modest closet next to the pools. But it did the job—and the staff was lovely. The breakfast spread was also excellent and the staff everywhere at the hotel super helpful. We also really loved the location: easy access to Rhodes town but also convenient to explore other parts of the north coast. And the airport was also just right there. We would absolutely stay here again.

I have stayed here a few times and really enjoy it on every occasion. I love the view and the walk along Ixia Bay into Rhodes is one of my favorite parts of my stay. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are always immaculate. I will happily stay there the next time I'm in Rhodes if they have a vacancy.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed and looked after. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly work incredibly hard. The hotel itself is quite vast and spacious with generous sized rooms. The main restaurant has beautiful views over the sea and the food is excellent, with lots of variety to suit all tastes. There are others on the top floor, but I didn’t actually end up trying them – I was very happy with my half board meals in the main space. The pool area is also generous, with a fabulous set of pools to try and plenty of loungers to go round, which are well maintained. There’s also an excellent pool service via app, allowing you to enjoy maximum relaxation time. The beach is a short walk from the pool area, with a beautiful, if choppy, sea. I also tried the gym and the spa during my stay, both of which were excellent. I had the signature treatment which I thought was great value and would highly recommend. The gym is well kitted out and wasn’t too busy. I have to also mention Elsa at the front desk. I became ill during my stay (no fault of the hotel!) and she was incredibly kind and helpful to me, making sure I had what I needed and knew who to call if I needed further help. I really appreciated this extra support and was still able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent; although this is not a walkable location. The only item missing at the hotel was a wash cloth.

The hotel staff was great! We got half board which was okay. Alcohol isn’t included but we thought we could eat at some of the hotels restaurants with this option. That is not the case. Only the main dining room can be used and only a discount is given at restaurants. They had theme nights with food options which again was okay. For example seafood night. In the event that you don’t like fish there were only a couple of things I could eat. Kind of limited and disappointing. We traded and got a lunch versus dinner one day and there were limited options. No hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. just much of the same as dinner, really. It needs improvement. The room was beautiful but bath lighting was terrible. It was so dark my husband couldn’t see to shave well and putting on my makeup was terrible. There aren’t bathroom outlets so I went to the desk to get ready. My friends bathroom was better and it seemed that lights had been updated. The indoor pool was $12EU a day to use and considered part of the spa. There are several things we learned once we were there. Still a nice hotel but these things and signing things like the location of the elevators on floors was an opportunity.

Lovely hotel perfectly situated between the airport and old Rhodes town. Easy cab ride to the town. There is plenty of pool space and there were plenty of very comfortable sun beds. Service around the pool is excellent for drinks and snacks. The dining area was large and very comfortable for breakfast. Our room was large with a huge bed, bigger than a super king. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was entertainment most nights. We had a lovely stay.

Great resort and perfect for families. Very large swimming area with plenty of lounges and towels available, with app based ordering for beverages and snacks your lounge. Kids club is available and the girls who look after the kids are amazing, they have it available every day apart from Monday, great for parents to leave their kids in safe hands. The staff are amazing and always friendly, smiling and willing to help made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. We were half board and had breakfast and dinner at the resort, the food offering was good and a large selections of food, fresh fruits, desserts, you can't be bored by the variety. They also have ala carte available if you wish. Amazing resort and thank you for the great stay.

A truly wonderful honeymoon spent at Atrium. We cannot thank the staff enough and the place is just amazing. Highly recommended
