We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is lovely with a view to the sea and there are many large pools and a beach within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were extremely nice and attentive and the facilities very clean. The gym is well equipped as well, with convenient opening times. Dinner starts at 19:00 which is late for us but otherwise the food is varied and very good. Breakfast had a nice selection as well.
They have an app which makes it convenient to order food and drinks to the pool as well. Renting a car is also possible on a day to day basis which was nice to take advantage of. Kids club was also fun for the kids.
Overall a very kid friendly hotel that feels quite luxurious. Highly recommend!

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and
various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc.
There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel
is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw
and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

Hotel très bien entretenu. Personnel serviable et disponible. Chambre vaste et confortable. Balcon vue mer et piscine. Cafetiére et bouilloire à disposition.Eaux minérales gratuites tous les jours. Service du soir pour proposer eaux serviettes....Excellent buffet petit dejeuner.
Inconvenient : si vous voulez prendre un petit dejeuner en chambre il vous fraudra payer 20 euros avec 4 menus au choix et cela même si vous avez deja payé le pdj avec votre chambre. C'est un point trés négatif pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Habituellement cela est possible dans d'autres établissements en ne payant juste une petite somme pour le service en chambre.
Autre problème. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Nous avons été dérangé 3 soirs par des voisins bruyants , parlant très forts , dans les couloirs, claquant les portes en pleine nuit. L'hotel n'est pas responsable du comportement des clients mais c'est très désagréable.
Je recommande cette établissement pour son grand confort et la gentillesse de tous le personnel.

A delightful experience! The 300 room hotel is well situated, a few minutes drive to the old and new parts of Rhodes town and to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to the best beaches located on the south side of the island as well as to the cute beach village of Lindos and to the airport. Facilities are top notch and the staff even better! The breakfast buffet offers all options and the omelet chef made the best! Specially highlight at Mary at Reception and Litsa or Housekeeping for their personal attention. Over and above! We will return!

The beach is a pebble beach, the hotel does not have a reserved area on the beach. The location means that you hear airplane noises.

The staff treated us like royalty. We came for our honeymoon and arrived 2 days late due to airport issues. They had a nice bottle of wine and sweet treats in our room with a nice card. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. The lounge had live entertainment nightly, children welcome. There is not one thing you could possibly complain about. Would come again.

We certainly will come back.
We rented a car in the hotel lobby, which is a great service.
This gave us the opportunity to drive around and see a lot of the wonderful island of Rhodes.

We had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..
