Great ocean view. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Esperos Palace is in a great location for my family. Easy to access other parts of Rhodes and the waterpark was across the street.

Hissarna var alldeles för få och var väldigt långsamt. Väntetiden på hiss var väldigt lång. Välj inte detta hotel om du vill träna på semestern, gymmet var obefintligt. Endast fyra träningsmaskiner i ett hörn på spaavdelningen, inga fria vikter. Kan knappt kallas gym. I övrigt fanns det mesta, till och med ett Mini market i hotellet

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now and are never disappointed. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and superb beachfront location. There is easy access to other parts of the island and we especially love the Old Town which you can access easily from here. We are always made to feel very welcome and the staff here are amazing and do everything they can to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We highly recommend this hotel

The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location with easy access to the old town and other attractions. The beachfront location and fantastic pools plus the added bonus of the lazy river all make for a fantastic holiday. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we keep coming back because we know we will always have the most wonderful time!! I can highly recommend this hotel .

It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food. But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

No music and not enough entertainment

Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

like that they had many local Greek workers who were super friendly & happy & helpful

Fikk et rom med klima som ikke virket og ble lovet at de skulle fikse dette samme kveld, men det skjedde ikke. Dårlig klimaanlegg. Strandhåndkle annen hver dag for å være er så «fint» hotell er heller ikke så stas.
