Very beautiful place, staff were friendly and helpful, amenities and pools were great. Our room had an amazing sea view. Location worked well for us, short drive to Rhodes City or to Lindos or to many beaches in the area. If you don’t have a car there isn’t a lot walkable in the area but saw many people using the buses. We had breakfast only included, food was okay, about average. After a week, I was tired of the same food, as they never really changed what was at the breakfast buffet. Elevators were small and always super busy. We had a baby stroller so had to wait often for an empty elevator to take us. This property seemed more meant for older retired seniors. That’s all seemed to be staying here and the entertainment and facilities seemed like it was meant for older folks. This is not a negative against the hotel, we just weren’t aware of this as a couple with a young baby we felt out of place. If you have kids, the resort next door seems like a better fit. It’s advertised as a family resort and we walked over there and was filled with kids and families. Very different vibe than this resort which was mostly all senior age people.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now and are never disappointed. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and superb beachfront location. There is easy access to other parts of the island and we especially love the Old Town which you can access easily from here. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location with easy access to the old town and other attractions. The beachfront location and fantastic pools plus the added bonus of the lazy river all make for a fantastic holiday. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we keep coming back because we know we will always have the most wonderful time!! I can highly recommend this hotel .

It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food. But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

The beachfront location and fantastic pools plus the added bonus of the lazy river all make for a fantastic holiday. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We have been coming here for over 20 years and we keep coming back because we know we will always have the most wonderful time!! I can highly recommend this hotel .

It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food. But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

Fikk et rom med klima som ikke virket og ble lovet at de skulle fikse dette samme kveld, men det skjedde ikke. Dårlig klimaanlegg. Strandhåndkle annen hver dag for å være er så «fint» hotell er heller ikke så stas.
