We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was great and the balcony breakfast area was just lovely. Staff always ready with helpful recommendations. We took advantage of the laundry service which was great. Location of hotel was very central and walkable to the tourist areas. Highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien placé, un personnel aux petits soins et qui nous a même préparé un fabuleux petit déjeuner avant l'heure de celui-ci car nous partions tôt pour faire une randonnée. Une chambre très bien équipée et au top de l'innovation. Seul petit bémol, la parois de douche mal positionnée, l'eau s'écoule donc en dehors de celle ci (mais c'est pour que la SDB reste aux normes handicapés, il n'y a donc pas de problème pour nous que cela soit ainsi mais c'est le seul axe d'amélioration selon nous de ce magnifique hôtel). Sinon une petite contrariétée, les travaux sur un autre bâtiment qui donnaient donc en bas de notre fenêtre... Un réveil donc très matinal car ils commencent tôt. Il y a je pense plus de travaux dans la ville avant la forte affluence de juillet-août. Mais bon l'hôtel n'y peut hélas rien du tout, c'est pourquoi je met un 5 sur 5. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Great location, easy to get everywhere, food very accessible. The hotel staff were vere helpful and very nice, the breakfast was wonderful. Can’t say anything else, I’d stay here again if i’m ever back to Chania.

Great stay! Rooms were very nice, quiet, and modern. Great staff, allowed us to hold our bag after we checked out. Great area with very tasty restaurants near by. Also we only had the breakfast once due to early tour start times, but it was great when we had it.

Hotel Malmo was amazing! The breakfast divine and a lovely way to start the day. Staff was so helpful in booking a taxi for the airport and my hammam experience! The room was a delight, with a wonderful bed & absolutely loved the well appointed bathroom! Can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay in your hotel & Chania….great way to end my adventure in Greece! What an exquisite country with the most friendly & welcoming people! Thank you ever so much.

A very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, in a quiet yet central location with easy walking access to the old town and harbour. Staff were helpful throughout; they arranged taxis to and from the airport without any fuss, which was appreciated. Will return when back in Chania.

Stayed here for our April Crete marathon/10K PROS Wonderful staff Great breakfast Clean room with Nespresso coffee machine. Within walking distance of the Venetian harbor, many excellent restaurants. Arranged breakfast in-room for morning of race and next day early departure. About 8 minute walk to the KTEL bus station CONs: None.

Absolutely stunning hotel rooms, very modern and luxe. Perfect location in old port, close to everything happening, yet still hidden away and very peaceful at night to sleep. The daily cleaning could have been better, often times it seemed rushed as towels weren't

Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, but a little loud at night.

I loved my stay at the malmo hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was pristine.

Clean, beautiful rooms. Awesome location. Extremely helpful staff. Even though the front desk is not staffed in person around the clock, you can quickly reach someone to help with any questions. The buffet breakfast was very good with great variety. We loved our stay here!

客室は清潔でとても快適でした。スタッフの方もとてもフレンドリーでした。また、朝食も美味しかったです。唯一残念だったのは、スパのバスタブの大きさに比べて水道の水量が少ないため、バスタブに水を張るのにかなり時間がかってしまうことです。

Charmant petit hôtel très bien situé dans le cœur historique. Restos à profusion autour, excellent service, choix pour tous les goûts au petit dejeuner et terrasse pour manger à l’extérieur. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Beautiful thoughtful renovation of a very old building. For design and architecture fans. From the linens to the woodwork every detail done with finesse. Sweetest staff and fresh breakfast buffet on a comfortable little terrace among the rooftops.. Hotel is in a pedestrian part of the old town, in a quiet alley off a narrow street that comes alive at night with outdoor dining. Quiet but very central. Loved this place.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Malmo in Chania. The staff provided truly outstanding service — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-kept, but it’s the exceptional team that made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!
