An excellent hotel with good view and services. The breakfast is simple but delicious

We stayed here for one night, the last stay in Athens and ended our trip contentedly. The hotel is near Metro station around 5-10mins walk and a 5-min walk to the must-go tourist spot Acropolis. The area is relatively in peace and safe (compared with Omonia). There are several high-ended restaurants just outside the Metro exit. One only drawback is since the hotel is located along a slightly-sloped street, it was a bit hard and tiring when we were having our luggage. However, the reception staff were helpful and proactive that helping us to take along the luggage for around 10 steps of stairs at the entrance of the hotel. Simple and nice breakfast provided.

Good location just 5-10 mins walk to Acropolis and plaka. Centre position. Quite room with good breakfast.

Great stay in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to the main sites and metro. Great bakery and restaurants within minutes, as well as the Acropolis Museum. Nice hotel, a bit dated, but good bed, shower, spotlessly clean and so on. The staff were excellent and really kind and helpful. Breakfast was really very good. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly. Location is perfect. Breakfast is below average - very few items on the menu. Breakfast area is quite congested - probably because they are in a premium location.

Location, location, location… otherwise the hotel is a bit outdated. Clean and nice but that’s all

Hotel com ótima localização. Café da manhã honesto. Meu único ponto de atenção é o tamanho muito pequeno do banheiro e principalmente do box do banheiro.. Muito pequeno em relacao a média normal de hotéis similares.

Staff very pleasant, room was nice. Just not used to European hotels with small rooms and bathrooms. Would go there again if we come back to Athens. Nice breakfast

The location of this hotel is amazing for visiting the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the charming lanes, shops and restaurants of the older central area of Athens. The front desk staff were very helpful and personable, and the selection and flavor of the breakfast buffet very nice. There is a sister or affiliated hotel a short distance around the corner where we enjoyed drinks at its bar/restaurant. Overall, a very nice experience.

Great breakfast, wonderful staff, clean room but no cooling only heating in the room. Staff provided a fan and we opened the windows to keep the room cool. Maybe a European thing.

Phillipos Hotel was a great place to stay. If is conveniently located and suited our needs very nicely. The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful.

What a view (to Acropolis), from the hotel. Awesome. And the hotel in itself is also nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast etc. All very nice.

The property is not fancy but its comfortable and the staff is very nice. I've stayed twice and will stay again.
