很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。

住在這能夠輕輕鬆鬆的好好享受舊港風情,也可以散步到附近的海灘,真的很棒! 服務親切,整體環境很棒,早餐很豐盛 :)

1. Good location to see the great view of old port for walk. 2. Friendly people to serve you. 3. Many restaurants just walk for few mins but leave quite for you.

The room is very small but overall is very good. The breakfast is very good. The best thing is parking is provided. Excellent location.

The Porto Veniziano Hotel is absolutely perfect. Located at the western end of the harbour in Chania, it is perfectly located to access the entire waterfront with all the bustling restaurants and tavernas, as well as the Old Town with its winding alleys. The hotel is clean and bright and extremely well looked after with very friendly and helpful staff. Their Waterfront tables provide a lovely setting for breakfasts which are fabulous with a choice of hot breakfasts or a huge selection of cereals, fruits, bakery items, cold meats, yogurt and cheeses. The rooms are well proportioned and very well appointed, modern, clean and immaculate. I would happily stay there again.

We were so happy with our stay there. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. The location is great, close to everything without being in the chaos of other spots along the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience! Private parking lot is a huge bonus in the old port with very little street parking. Great food, clean rooms, nice staff.

Exceeded expectations. Great staff, lovely room, beautiful waterfront location. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the breakfast several times, which was fabulous. The hotel puts you right next to the shopping and restaurant district. 5 Stars in every category. I cannot recommend it enough!

The room was modern spotless and bed comfortable. All staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious and drinks at bar were enjoyable. Suite was spacious and well layed out. View over port with balcony was very enjoyable. Would stay again.

Door was open to our room when we checked in and there was an open bottle of water in the refrigerator. All the staff was quite good, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect to walk all around Old Town Chania and I would recommend.

This is truly THE place to stay in Chania, in my opinion. It's a very nice hotel, waterfront, amazing breakfast, great staff, walkable to tons of restaurants and shopping. SO FUN!! I didn't pay extra for the water view, but we had a side tiny patio with a water view if you look sideways. I really loved this hotel. We were starving when we arrived, and we were talked into eating at the restaurant right next to the hotel (the restaurant guy said they had amazing food - we weren't sure about that, but the beautiful waterfront tables were amazing). Well -- we had the BEST spaghetti bolognaise me and my sister have ever had. For $10 the serving was huge for both of us splitting. We actually went back the next night for more spaghetti. Great find!!!
