Chania 올드타운쪽에서도 가장 바다 쪽에 가까이 위치해 있습니다. 풍경이 매우 좋습니다. 여유가 있다면 바다 전망 방을 선택하면 오후에 멋진 노을을 볼 수 있습니다. 방이 넓지는 않았지만 발코니가 딸려있고, 침대나 화장실도 만족스럽게 되어 있습니다. 제공하는 조식도 음식 종류가 많지는 않지만 전체적으로 맛있고 만족스럽습니다. 바다 항구를 따라서 조금만 걸어가면 사람들이 몰리는 지역이 나옵니다. 음식점, 좋은 바, 분위기 좋은 레스토랑 등 여러가지 선택지가 있습니다. 구경하는 재미가 쏠쏠합니다. 시간관계상 하루만 묵고 크레타 섬의 다른 도시인 Heraklion으로 이동하였지만 여유가 있다면 3일 정도 더 묵어보고 싶은 동네였습니다.

Our go-to hotel for stays in Chania; well maintained hotel with comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast service with eggs etc cooked to order as well as an excellent cold buffet selection.

Porto Veneziano Hotel is right in front of harbor. Our hotel balcony has beautiful harbor view. The breakfast was excellent with different choices. The staff is a bit laid back. Although there are restaurants outside the hotel, the hotel location is 10-15 minutes walkable to the center area with shopping and restaurants. still close distance.

Our stay at Porto Veneziano was great! The location was convenient, many restaurants within walking distance, and the staff were helpful in making reservations.

Gorgeous hotel with great location and breakfast is awesome. Rooms are small but nice. No Dresser to put clothes away but has closet.

Always an awesome stay! This is our go-to hotel in Chania. The rooms are quiet and spotless. The staff from the front desk to dining room to housekeeping are always professional and friendly. The location is perfectly situated at the far end of the harbor with lovely views. Yet still within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops. The breakfast is stellar. And the onsite restaurant offers some of the best homemade dolmades we’ve ever had. Next time we will try the made-to-order galaktobouriko. An added bonus is their onsite parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were all wonder! And the breakfast in the morning was fabulous! Room was simple, but quite small. I was alone and still seemed to use every space for my stuff. I got the single room though, so keep that in mind. Hotel was in a great location 5-10 min walk to main part of the old town and right on the old harbor(obviously) would definitely stay there if I go back to Chania!

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in mid-September before moving down to the south coast. It had been booked for many months as we wanted to secure a nice sea view room having never visited Chania town before. Upon arrival we were greeted by Katerina who informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite (room 308), fantastic we've never had an upgrade for anything before! The room was beyond our expectations. Spacious with beautiful views over the Venetian harbour from our 2 balconies! Cannot fault anything about this accommodation, it was super clean & fresh, good quality toiletries, hospitality tray with coffee machine refreshed every day along with bottled water. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice from the buffet and 'cooked to order' options too. The hotel arranged our taxi transfers from the airport and to the bus station on our departure. This hotel is located in the marina part of the harbour and has its own car-park, this makes it accessible to taxis so you do not have to walk more than a few yards with your luggage to reception. I mention this because our 2nd hotel when we arrived back from the south coast was located in the heart of the old town where vehicle access is very much restricted and therefore not so easy especially for those with limited mobility, we had to walk through the narrow streets in order to meet our taxi transfer. A beautiful hotel, very friendly and professional staff, will stay again when next in Chania.

Great location right on the harbor near everything you will need to see and terrific restaurants all around. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing! You definitely should stay here while in Chania!

Hard to get to Parking was difficult to find Room was small

The location of the hotel on the old town harbor within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a wonderful value included with the room. The room itself was relatively small but very clean and well maintained.

Loved this hotel. Probably the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Europe. We had the one bedroom Seaview suite. Three closets! Beautiful view of the harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

In truth, we enjoyed every aspect of the Porto Veneziano Hotel. Unusually, we'd done virtually none of the usual research, opting in this instance to take the fulsome recommendation of friends who'd stayed there a number of times. And what a terrific recommendation that proved to be. It's a superbly maintained hotel in what (in our opinion) is the best and most scenic location in town. Uniformly, the staff were warm and welcoming, highly trained and unfailingly helpful. We'd opted for a very generously proportioned Junior Executive Suite (and would do the same again), with a captivating view of the harbour: see accompanying photographs. The (included) hotel breakfast was the perfect start to each day ... and the restaurant rivals any of the other top eating places in town. The whole experience was a delight from first moment to last.
