Stayed at this hotel about 4 times and absolutely love it! Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. An amazing buffet breakfast every morning and if you miss it there’s a great bakery right across the street!The rooms are spotless with quality bedding and bathroom supplies. Great location, with underground parking right next to the hotel. Highly recommend, and I will be back again this summer!

虽然是老酒店，但是设施都还不错。
早餐还算丰盛，但也都是常规配置。有提供酸奶和蜂蜜。
楼顶的餐厅晚上风景很美。
酒店对面有家甜品店，再往前走一点，有家餐厅，味道也还可以。
唯一一点不顺利就是，我们订了同等价格和房型的3间房，但是入住后，发现其中一间非常小。衣柜只有2个格子，其中一个格子还被冰箱和水壶占用了，实际能使用的衣柜只有一个。洗手间也很狭窄，像一个甬道。而另外2个房间虽然布局不同，但是能使用的设施和空间会更多。
一开始，前台坚持3间房是同等房型。经过一番交涉，并且在查看了房型以后，酒店才终于同意更换掉那间比较小的房间。

I am very disappointed.
I booked “Reserve now, pay later”, but the hotel still took a pre-authorisation before the free cancellation period ended. I clearly said payment would be made on site, but my private card was still used.
At check-in, staff initially refused to take payment on site, and I was later told I would need to wait 15 working days for the refund, which was never mentioned before.
This does not match the service that was advertised.

The hotel management is currently carrying out renovation and construction work, and the noise levels are extremely loud every morning. The construction starts early, around 8:00 a.m., and the noise has consistently woken me up, making it very difficult to rest properly.
This situation has significantly affected the comfort and quality of my stay. I was not informed in advance about any renovation work, and I believe this level of disturbance is not acceptable for hotel accommodation.

Typisches Mittelklasse / Business-Hotel. Alles entspricht den Aussagen und das Zimmer ist sauber.
Allerdings habe ich es nicht geschafft (telefonisch und per Email) das Hotel dazu zu bewegen, mir eine Rechnung per Email zu schicken. Also Rechnung immer gleich ausdrucken lassen spart gerade für Geschäftsreisende das nervige hinterherlaufen.
