Estadia bem razoável, parece um cativeiro. Se estiver procurando um lugar só para tentar dormir ok, mas se precisar tomar banho procure outra opção. Cheiro de cigarro insuportável, banheiro com chuveiro decadente, tudo despencando. A recepção informou que o nosso quarto estava alugado por termos chegado tarde e ficamos alocados em um quarto inferior (nem sei se é possível ter algo bom nesse hotel).

Perfectly decent for the price

Extremely friendly in the reception, with good distans to the metro, nice bed, good space, very good air condition and the best gyros place within 3 min from the hotel! On the other hand we struggled to get cold water in the shower or sink, the door could be locked but you could easily break in without a key, which was a bit uncomfortable. But would recommend for young backpackers such as ourselfs!

The place is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The air conditioner works very well and the hotel staff are very funny.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch veraltet und entspricht höchstens einem 2-Sterne-Standard (alte Möbel, defekter Fön, keine Halterung für die Dusche). Mit einigen Renovierungsarbeiten könnte das Hotel jedoch wirklich einladend und angenehm sein.

The Roy hotel had the best price available in the area. The room, beds, and bathroom were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. AC worked well. The staff was SUPER-nice, and it is conveniently located. Our main purpose for the room was to sleep, shower, and rest. This hotel served the purpose well.

Well kept and awesome staff at front desk. Very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel front desk is open 24 hours. It is in a walkable area and the staff recommended some great food options. We enjoyed our stay.

The mattress was in terrible condition, with many springs sticking out, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. It caused back pain, and on top of that, the area was completely unsafe

Roy hotel is a decent hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok, very basic but in a good state. However the bathroom deserves very good attention, no shower holder, a deep cleaning is very much needed. The area is a bit rough, especially when it gets dark, although I did not feel unsafe. The area offers a lot of coffee shops, great underground and buses links, walking distance to the Karaiskaki Square, where there is a stop to the hop on and hop off Athens day tours bus.

We left the hotel immediately. The area is dangerous and the hotel is sketchy. There are warnings everywhere that if something is stolen they are not responsible. They require you to give them your room keys and don't accept if you object.
