Nice staff helpful Good location

很喜欢这个宾馆因为很干净服务态度很好

We booked a room through expedia with 1 double bed + 2 single beds but the hotel staff told us they don't have such room category. It's a mistake from expedia website. After a long negotiation, they only transformed the sofa into a single bed. Their staff is not helpful except trying hard to shift the responsibility to Expedia.

The hotel location and food are good, but not very helpful.

What an incredible spot! The service and staff were top-notch. Loved the rooms—and the location couldn’t be better. Just a 30-second walk up the hill and you’re treated to a stunning view of the blue dome and three bells. The pool area was a total vibe perfect for relaxing before a day of exploring. I’m definitely coming back!

Great facilities and breakfast! We had the room with the private plunge pool. Very nice to have however it was cold so we spent most of our time at the beautiful hotel pool.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, has great views of the rest of the island at sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food options to choose from. We didn’t have time to try the pool out as we were out & about most of the time so I can’t review it. I do want to acknowledge that receptionists were very helpful. Yonida was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations, as well as booking our transfers/taxis. Her ability to speak multiple languages was impressive (English & Spanish among others). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable & memorable.

Beautiful property, excellent location in Fira. Surrounded by beautiful views and great restaurants. Breakfast was very nice - great selection. Highly recommend!

Great property!!!!! Would stay again

Fantastic service! We messaged that we landed early morning and wanted to leave our luggage. Upon checkin at 04:30 they had our room ready at no extra cost. Also due to ferry cancellation (wind) we had to stay another day and they were very helpful in extending our rooms. Can highly recommend this gem in Fira!

I loved the location, pool was great but crowded - did have to call front desk on 3 separate days for basic amenities.

Well kept and well located. Our room was great, but need to be careful about room locations, some in busy areas with not much privacy. Gym equipment was disappointing and poorly maintained. Excellent breakfast. Overall a very nice hotel.

Relatively convenient to everything, there is a private transportation to all you which is relatively inexpensive.
