very helpful and super nice staff!! close to fira village and great view points

It was such a huge adventure to get to the hotel by rent car. Google map tells you wrong direction and hotel also knows about it but haven’t fixed yet. Check out the direction before you go if you are planning to rent a car. Near by hotel, there’s a sunnet veiw point which is amazing and hidden. It is only 30seconds by foot. Hotel facilities, swimming pool and pool side bar, breakfast were all good. I prefered to stay in Fira rather than Oia.

이아에서 1박하고 피라는 산토리니 팰리스에서 2박했는데 이아보다 훨씬 싼 숙소였는데도 호텔상태는 정말 만족스러웠어요. 화려한 외관과 깨끗한 객실. 업그레이드 해주셨다고 하더라구요. 요트투어도 호텔에서 신청했는데 한국에서 예약하는것보다 싼가격에 잘 하고 왔구요. 수영장도 이용은 못하고 가보기만했지만 반대편 바다도 다 보이고 넘 좋았어요. 불편한건 계단이 많아서 짐 옮길때 불편할수있고, 호텔이 큰길가에 있는게 아니라서 주변 마트이용할때나 피라 중심가 갈땐 살짝 거리가 있을수있어요. 그래도 뒷길로 살짝만 가면 바로 피라 경치가 다보이기도 하고 조식도 그럭저럭 나와서 만족스러웠어욤ㅎㅎ

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Santorini Palace, this is the best staff I ever experienced! They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! Kudos to Jonida at the reception desk! She was the first staff I encountered and she set the tone for my entire time at Santorini Palace. Every staff member made my stay special. And of course I loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the views! Thank you for making my solo trip no so solo at all. Blessings!

I loved my stay at Santorini Palace, this is a really beautiful and well-maintained property, with great views of areas of the island. My room was excellent, clean and comfortable, very spacious and cozy. The staff all over the hotel is friendly and attentive. Food was average, and as everything in Santorini a bit overpriced. The hotel is located in the heart of Firostefani, very close to the town of Fira and Imerovigli, where you can easily walk from the hotel. Just steps away from the main entrance you can have the stunning views of the Caldera from the Three Bells of Fira lookout point.

This place is beautiful. It looks out toward the back of the island for the sunrise or to be by the big pool and bar but within 100-150 ft from the front door you can walk across the street up to a parking area with benches to view the caldera and the beautiful sunsets! Breakfast included is amazing. The people are so helpful and kind. The place is spotless!
