乡村高地度假村

We stayed for a week end of August. All restaurants staff are lovely, polite, professional and caring. Reception staff seemed a bit too cold. The food options were great, the market shop was great, not overpriced and well stocked. Rooms were clean however need some upgrades , walls were stained and feels a little old for a 5 star hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at the resort and had a lovely time doing my solo trip.

Tolles Resort, ruhige Lage, sehr gut für Familien geeignet, Personal sehr freundlich, Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Allerdings recht weit vom Strand entfernt. Shuttle oder Auto ein Muss. Zum Resort gehörender Strand sehr klein und voll. Wasser klar und sauber.

Endroit très sympa, personnel amical, nourriture très bonne et variée. Salle de bain et salle de sport à rafraîchir.

Would advise hiring a car if staying here as taxis to and from the town are around €20 each way

We had a nice family stay at Village Heights Resort. The amenities were good: we played mini-golf multiple times and it was also great that the hotel had tennis equipment that we could use. The gym was also good. The food was at a good level and the choice was quite broad. There was also an option to have a local Cretan breakfast at the Rodies restaurant which was lovely. We used the shuttle to the town a couple of times, which was convenient

I stayed for two weeks with my 7 year old. We had a lovely relaxing time and didn’t want to leave! The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious providing lots of entertainment options from the three pools to minature golf, tennis court, cooking classes, kids club and spa. The staff are wonderful - very caring and motivated. The food is delicious, fresh, varied and plentiful. Thank you to everyone for making the stay so delightful. We’ll be back! Nicola and Leo

Ωραίο θέρετρο , με υπέροχο περιβάλλοντα χώρο , χωρίς φασαρία , με ωραία θέα . Καλη λύση και για όσους έχουν μικρά παιδιά, αλλά και για όσους θέλουν να κάνουν εξορμήσεις στην γύρω περιοχή .

We came for the second time and enjoyed our stay at Village Heights very much. The staff is super friendly and supportive, and the facilities are very well maintained. Couldn't imagine a more relaxing vacation in a resort.

Nice hotel, a little outdated. Rooms are very dark with limited view. Kitchenettes are lacking basic equipment to make them useable. That being said- the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is great!

Very cozy and quiet property. The kids and I were very happy with the hotel and staff. Hidden gem in the hills above the beach area!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le resort est vaste, très calme et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Le personnel a été remarquable dans tous les services : toujours aimable, attentionné et souriant. Un clin d’œil particulier aux femmes de chambre, qui ont eu la délicatesse de mettre en scène les jeux de nos enfants dans la chambre, ce qui a beaucoup amusé toute la famille ! Nous avons eu un souci d’odeur de canalisation dans notre première chambre, mais le personnel a été très réactif : une intervention a été rapidement lancée, puis nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre car le problème nécessitait des travaux. Ce geste a été très apprécié. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : les rideaux ou volets gagneraient à être plus occultants pour une meilleure obscurité le matin, et les matelas des transats autour de la piscine mériteraient un nettoyage plus régulier. Malgré ces petits détails, notre expérience reste très positive et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Most of all the food was amazing.

Overall hotel of the very good quality. Only disappointment was at the arrival when we were told that reservations are required for the beach bed and umbrella. Reservation requirement was never mentioned at the time of making booking nor at the hotel web site. Consequently we had to find our own beach and pay for beach bed/umbrella for the first two days. I fully understand that beach’s bed/umbrella aren’t owned by the hotel, but hotel could do better communication.

We stayed at the resort for 10 days and overall had a good stay — but it’s not a 5-star resort. The place feels quite run-down, especially the rooms, which haven’t been renovated in many years. Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. - We were quickly offered a new room when we asked. Highly recommend choosing one with a sea view — others can have a very dull view. - There’s a cozy little backyard area behind Rodius where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. Sadly, it’s often empty since it’s far from the main restaurant. - For the price per night, comparing to many other resort, it is priceworthy. Cons: - The lifeguards are overly strict. I made a small dive in the pool and was immediately whistled at — very uncomfortable. I wasn’t the only one who noticed; several guests felt the same. - The rooms and parts of the hotel feel outdated and in need of renovation. - Half board only includes the main buffet restaurant. Although the buffet is pretty good for being a buffet. Tips: - Rent a car if you want to explore! Avoid Hersonissos — we recommend Piskopiano instead. If you’re traveling with kids, visit Acqua Water Park (5 mins away). For a great beach nearby, go to Potamos. Summary: A good stay overall, but the standard doesn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort.

Estuvimos durante tres noche en familia y nos encantó: personal cercano y amigable, habitaciones amplias y limpias; excelente desayuno buffet con opciones para todos los gustos.
