一番良かった事はやっぱり立地がいいです。
ビーチにも近くプールも良く、飲食店も近くにあります。各階にウォーターサーバーも電子レンジもあります。
スタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。
そして、オーシャンビューの部屋からフロントオシャンビューにアップグレードして頂き最高のロケーションのプレゼントもありました。

The top hotel in Guam in terms of location and amenities. Only issue is that despite being a top hotel, there is a separate charge to use the basic beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Also, love the drinking water dispensers so folks can use a reusable water bottle, but the areas around them seemed wet and damp due to overflows.

The whole experience of being in Guam and staying at the Dusit Beach Resort was wonderful. The staff are very attentive. The room and the hotel are clean and well kept. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good with a lot of diversity.

Upon check in had to wait an hour to get a my keys rooms weren't ready, should at least upgrade us, front desk want to assign our rooms on same floor, paid for 2 rooms we got 7th floor , for the many times staying, it would of be nice to upgrade us , Sink was clogged.

アウトリガーオープン時からの毎年のリピーターでしたがコロナとドル高で4年間来て無い内にホテル名が変わってから初めて宿泊しましたが、朝食の味が美味しく無くなったと思う。
コンシェルジュのYUAさん、若い方なのに感じ良く対処してくださって、凄く良くして貰いお世話になりました😊

スタッフの皆さんが親切で綺麗好きで素晴らしいと思いました。朝ご飯に寝坊してもランチブッフェに変更できるのでありがたかったです。
日本食もすこしあり助かりました。シャワーの水圧と水温が不安定な所以外は満足した

ようやくホテルに着き、部屋に入ったら洗面所の天井から水がポタポタ落ちていて、下は水たまり…部屋は交換せず直してくれたが、また水が落ちてきて初日から最悪！
交換してくれた部屋はタオル掛けが壁から落ちてきて本当に最悪でした。
こんなホテル初めてです！
立地条件が良いのでここにしましたが、もう2度と泊まりません。
