The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for

Dormida boa, equipe muito solícita. Deixei minha mala com eles para subir ao vulcão Acatenango e buscar no outro dia e guardaram sem problema algum. São gentis, tem água disponível sempre que quiser, além de terem deixado ainda no quarto. Voltaria novamente.

La chambre était assez propre et l'environnement joli et acceptable. Un parfum puissant avait été vaporisé. Lorsque l'odeur s'est dissipée, nous avons commençé à sentir une odeur de moisi et constaté que la chambre contenait un niveau d'humidité beaucoup trop important. De la moisissure était visible à plusieurs endroits. Le lit avait un trou dans le matelas oû les clients s'assoient normalement car il n'y a pas de chaises. Personnel gentil et souriant. Rapport qualité/prix correct.

Nice little place with dining options.Staff members are super friendly and very keen to help.The breakfast is outstanding and the other dining options leave nothing to desire. All in all a very pleasant stay and very nicely priced,we surely we'll be back.We stayed here twice so far,the first time three nights and the second one two nights.If you have a choice then take the bigger rooms😀

At first my family and I really liked the hotel, it looked clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff, parking right on the back, close restaurants. But unfortunately the last day of our stay when we woke up we found bed bugs, that was so disgusting and very unpleasant, honestly I wasn’t expecting to see anything like this. We have traveled to over 15 countries around the world and this is our first time that we encountered bed bugs.

Un hotel con ambiente rústico y muy bastante agradable, lo recomiendo bastante

Pésima atención al cliente, Malísima actitud para resolver problemas de los huéspedes. La habitación no era la que que yo reservé y me dijeron que ya no habían habitaciones disponibles. La cama muy incómoda, se escucha todo entre habitación y habitación. NO TIENE PARQUEO PROPIO! Te cobran Q100 en un parqueo que tienen al lado.

I like the staff very kind. I dont like the parking option, no matter the Recepcionist was very kind and help me the hotel doesnt have own parking area.

God property, safe, quiet, personal friendly.

Simple and clean hotel with friendly staff. Right in heart of the city, most of the sites were less than 10 mins walk away.

Nice little place, a little on the older side, but room and shower was clean, could used better toilet treats, so if you're going to stay there you may want to bring your own / extra. The staff was pleasant

My girlfriend came from the capital to spend the day with us. She slept great and felt safe at this hotel. It was also very cute and clean.
