호텔 모나스테리오

안티구아 중심에서 조금 벗어나있지만 좁은 안티구아에서 아르코에서 10분정도 걸리니 이 정도면 좋았다. 위치상 저녁을 먹고 들어올 때 조금 힘들었지만 아침이 유명한 산토도밍고 호텔과 언덕이 가까워서 아침에는 좋았다^^ 모나스테리오 성당과도 가까워서 좋다.

Good value for the price. My room was very clean and spacious (I had a room with three beds). The staff were very kind, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location near the entrance to the city, so the street is generally quieter and not as busy or noisy as those closer to the center. It is a bit farther from the main attractions, but they are still reachable with about a 15-minute walk. I initially thought breakfast was included for this price, but it is actually charged separately. The bathroom also lacked convenient places to put personal items (such as shampoo or toiletries), which was occasionally a bit uncomfortable. The beds were decent, and I didn't experience much noise from outside, even though my room was close to the café and the corridor. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for the price.

No geral achei que valeu muitooo. Silencioso e confortável. Não tem luxo algum, mas em Antígua nem precisa disso. A área achamos um tanto afastada dos pontos principais, mas mesmo assim foi possível fazer tudo a pé, então, não é um problema se vc tiver disposto a andar um pouco.

Wij hadden de familie kamer. Ruime schone kamer met goede bedden. De badkamer is wat klein voor 4 volwassenen. Minpuntje is de koude douche. Het personeel vh restaurant is erg vriendelijk. Zonder problemen konden we buiten de openingstijden ons ontbijt krijgen en waren we op tijd voor onze tour. Als er een warme douche zou zijn kregen ze van mij een dikke 8!

All of the reviews I had read about this place said the staff was amazing but I found quite the opposite. When I arrived everyone looked at me like ……hello? As if i was inconveniencing them by even being there. Every question I asked had to be translated because I dont speak Spanish and they just always seemed quiet annoyed by this. On my first night I went to ahve dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and they told me at 5:30pm they were done serving food AND drinks at 6. So even though it was 5:30 they wouldn’t even serve me a drink…6pm is a crazy time to be closed for food and drink so that was very disappointing,. And again, they weren’t giving this information in a nice way, they were annoyed I was even asking to be served. I know it’s a 3 start hotel but the staff was not kind or welcoming at alllllll. There was RARELY a receptionist at the front desk and if there was she was annoyed to answer questions. The ONLY thing I appreciated about this place was how quiet it was. I had friends at other hotels/hostels and they couldn’t sleep from dogs barking/ couples having sex etc. It was very quiet to sleep and had a very cold fan and comfortable bedding.

A truly beautiful, boutique colonial-era hotel. It is super clean, with great staff, and the room was big and comfortable, with a great bed. It's perfectly located near downtown Antigua Guatemala, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Dormida boa, equipe muito solícita. Deixei minha mala com eles para subir ao vulcão Acatenango e buscar no outro dia e guardaram sem problema algum. São gentis, tem água disponível sempre que quiser, além de terem deixado ainda no quarto. Voltaria novamente.

La chambre était assez propre et l'environnement joli et acceptable. Un parfum puissant avait été vaporisé. Lorsque l'odeur s'est dissipée, nous avons commençé à sentir une odeur de moisi et constaté que la chambre contenait un niveau d'humidité beaucoup trop important. De la moisissure était visible à plusieurs endroits. Le lit avait un trou dans le matelas oû les clients s'assoient normalement car il n'y a pas de chaises. Personnel gentil et souriant. Rapport qualité/prix correct.
