전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Monasterio

안티구아 중심에서 조금 벗어나있지만 좁은 안티구아에서 아르코에서 10분정도 걸리니 이 정도면 좋았다. 위치상 저녁을 먹고 들어올 때 조금 힘들었지만 아침이 유명한 산토도밍고 호텔과 언덕이 가까워서 아침에는 좋았다^^ 모나스테리오 성당과도 가까워서 좋다.

Pésima atención al cliente, Malísima actitud para resolver problemas de los huéspedes. La habitación no era la que que yo reservé y me dijeron que ya no habían habitaciones disponibles. La cama muy incómoda, se escucha todo entre habitación y habitación. NO TIENE PARQUEO PROPIO! Te cobran Q100 en un parqueo que tienen al lado.

I like the staff very kind. I dont like the parking option, no matter the Recepcionist was very kind and help me the hotel doesnt have own parking area.

God property, safe, quiet, personal friendly.

Simple and clean hotel with friendly staff. Right in heart of the city, most of the sites were less than 10 mins walk away.

Nice little place, a little on the older side, but room and shower was clean, could used better toilet treats, so if you're going to stay there you may want to bring your own / extra. The staff was pleasant

My girlfriend came from the capital to spend the day with us. She slept great and felt safe at this hotel. It was also very cute and clean.

The courtyard around the room was beautiful, the room was big and spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and offered to help where they could.

We had inconveniences with the room, but I want to highlight the attention of the staff who were always willing to collaborate with us within what they could and with that they helped us at all times, the excellent cleaning and the comfortable rooms.

Nice quaint little hotel, but could never get the wifi to work typical of Guatemala I suppose, not complaining too loud that's a 1st world problem. The tub wasn't as advertised, also probably a first world problem. Was no way a person could sit down and bathe in that tub and it had residue in it every morning from? OK for a shower however.

Very nice option for minimalist as room is small. Bed was very firm/not comfortable but that is the only complaint. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room and property were clean. Location is perfect for short walks to dining and central park

Pure condition of the room we got. There was no glass in the upper part of windows, it was too cold to sleep like that at night. The bathroom has absolutely no ventilation and there’s not a single hanger in the bathroom. The hangers - any kind in the bathroom is a must!

La tranquilidad y la paz que se vive en el lugar es de mucho valor cuando se está escapando del ruido de la ciudad.

This was a sleepless stay as the hotel staff were making loud noises throughout the night, including talking loudly and laughing outside my room and resulting in me unable to sleep.
