I don't like complaining but there were 3 roaches in my room, my ac remote had no back plate and the batteries kept fallingbout and would lock the remote, had to go to front desk for help and another time they had to send maintenance. The shower is very unsanitary, the toilet does not seperate from the shower and the shower did not drain properly water would back up. Uhhh

The property was ideally located for me. The front desk person Lorenzo was really helpful and gave his best service. The house cleaning personnel needs some training and there needs to be a proper system for clean towels and even more towels as a room only have one towel. The breakfast was good the coffee lacked but overall was a good experience the hotel is under some renovation.

Overall stay was good.

Stafff were courteous and helpful. There was a Back room in the Hotel that held open to the public, Loud music Dances until early morning hours on the weekend. Somewhat novel but not ideal for a quiet sleeps nights.

We rented 5 rooms for 5 persons. Check-in was at 14.00 hrs. One person got his room approximately 45 minutes later than 14.00 hr. and two other colleagues more than 1 hour later. Airconditioning in 3 rooms was not working. Only at 20.00 hr. the AC started working. The lift was not working, so we had to carry our luggage 3 and 4 levels up the stairs. One colleague experienced a clogged sink, while the other was taking a bath when there was suddenly no water coming out of the faucet. One colleague woke up in the morning and stepped out of his bed in water.

Nice location on Main Street. Great service and hospitality. The housekeeper however needs to know that if a guest forgets personal property in the room it should be handed over to the front desk. Not taken home and brought back when the guest returns for it.

Hotel is in a horrible condition. When it rains the room are flooded. Rugs are filthy and full of stains. Pillows are smelly and full of stains. I woke up one morning to find a dead bat in the room. The rooms smell like mould, bathrooms are very nasty with dirt between tile, when taking a shower water does not drain. Several nights of power outage with no standby generator, room became very hot and humid. This hotel needs to be closed. Staff members were very nice and helpful. Ambrosa restaurant was clean and food was good.

The staff is great. Unfortunately they are limited by leadership presence or resources ??? Spent 3 days...3 different rooms and all 3 showers pooled water when showering (dirty). Similarly, there are reviews of the same issue dating back to 2019 so apparently this is NOT fixed in 2024. The linens in one room had blood stains upon our check in. One room was missing towels but this was quickly resolved when we requested. The bathmath in one was stained or just dirty. Another room also, upon check in had sticky stuff on the floor but this was quickly addressed by housekeeping. Overall, the staff is very friendly from the front desk, to the pool side bar, restaurant and breakfast area so a big kudos to them. If I had to pick one of the issues highlighted to fix, it would have to be the bathroom plumbing because it is gross ro stand in 2 inches of water while showing. It is unhygienic.

Staff friendly but not knowledgeable about dining options nearby. Missing or beeping smoke alarms. Only one bath towel in a queen bedroom..

poor service. nosey workers followed us to the room listening in on our conversation. hearing all kinds of noises at night. the toilet overflowed and the shower water wouldn't go down. and the guy was sooo rude maid service really didn't clean the room well. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. this place doesn't look like anything in the pictures. rooms all ran down the pool wasn't clean. I paid almost a $1000.00 US dollars for this place. It was more like a motel, or lodge place that had some shady characters lurking around. there was yelling, loud talking, kids playing. NEVER AGAIN

I spent close to $1000.00 US dollars to stay here and it was horrible. The staff don't want to work. the noises throughout the night. maid service half do their job. they don't fix anything and are very rude ...pool was nasty..then try to charge you for extras like soap, washing clothes, and towels that should have already been provided for what I am paying. I always felt like I was being watched. False advertising the place doesn't look like anything in the photos, very disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS A RIP OFF

My entire family of a lot people had reservations and they confirmed our reservations the week before and then all of sudden they lied and said there was a glitch in the system and they didn’t see our reservations. They couldn’t accommodate us.
