Staff hotel sangat ramah dan membantu saya dan keluarga, terutama ketika suami dan anak saya paspornya tertinggal, staff sangat telaten membantu menelponkan pihak airport sehingga paspor bisa kembali, fasilitas hotel juga lumayan membantu karena ada dispenser, microwave, kulkas meskipun kamarnya kecil tapi bersih dan kamar saya sempat dibersihkan ada barang berharga di kamar pun aman, berada di area Chunking Mansion yang merupakan pertokoan, jadi mau cari apapun mudah, makanan halal di resto India juga banyak, dekat pusat keramaian, dan dekat masjid Islamic Centre Kowloon, sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini.

The location of Marrigold Hostel is ideal for tourist and small business people. Marrigold is price competitive and the staff is unbeatable.

The staff was amazing. You did have to ask for them to change the sheets and make the bed. Sometimes they forgot to do so. The main thing about the sheets are, the cover is too thin, I was either too hot by turning down the A/C or too cold. I couldn't get comfortable. Instead of using just a duvet, they need a comforter inside the duvet. The staff was extremely friendly. If you don't know about hotels in Chungking, they are all extremely small. The main I look for a hotel is the cleanliness. The hotel was very clean. I felt comfortable walking barefoot at the Marrigold. Some of the hotels in Chungking are very dirty.
