第二次入住，床褥同枕頭很舒適，地點方便，銅鑼灣地鐵站A出口行4分鐘便到酒店。

The location and service are quite nice. I would love to cone back again.

這次住的房間較低，可能是價格較低関係，房間沒有咖啡機，吹風機較低級，冷氣太凍，浴室水溫不太熱，水壓少許不足，使用花灑頭淋浴時，頭頂大蓮蓬花灑滴水，房間沒有氣味，相比上次住高層房間，有明顯的不足。整體而言，還是不錯。

交通方便，鄰近地鐵站、電車站，周邊食肆林立，鄰近商場，購物方便。房間舒適，隔音好。

• 房間舒服寬敞，地點一流。 • 前枱職員有禮貌，但經驗不足，多次找不到我的續訂～其實，一看現有房號就可以…。 • 房務部職員非常有禮貌，服務極好，特别予以一讚！ • 對Maintenance Dept 冷氣員工表現極為失望～冷氣thermostat 明顯壞了，不斷噴出冷風，沒在預設溫度停止，令房間非常涷，只有選擇關冷氣。曾向前枱投訴要求找Maintenance師傅修理，但師傅明顯地求其了事！結果本人整天整晚就是落床上床去開關冷氣，對我這個入住原因是「病後休息」的客人是非常不舒服。［本人管理8間五/四星級酒店，對房間系統有一定認知］

前台人員可能都是新人，check in同查詢好慢，亦冇主動同人講早餐幾樓，WiFi password 之類，但好主動叫你加錢upgrade 客房。住了4晚，平均$2331一晚酒店住宿不是特別便宜，有改善空間。

不讲诚信，前台特别说了送房价小吃免费，但沟通了许久前台还发脾气

Staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms are little dated tho, the drain in the washing basin is clotted as well as the flush in the toilet too weak. Location is good.

地理位置優越、二樓有御寶軒餐廳。食物水準特佳！我們很享受這次的入住體驗。

1. 櫃台工作人員太少, 站立等太久了 2. 房間門太老舊, 開啟較難開關 3. 窗簾感覺有點老舊灰塵

房間整潔，距離地鐵站不遠，整體入住感覺不錯！

The GM, Mr. Tang has exceptional good management skill. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I suggest the hotel will consider to set up a few more chairs at the lobby for elderly and exhausted visitors ( currently its lobby has only 2 sofa-chairs. l note this will be a challenge ) But hotel location is very convenient for meals and shopping, and rooms are spacious.

就算開風量第一及，冷氣風都是有點大。最後只好關了冷氣。

房間整潔度一般，大洒店價錢，express 服務，比以前差很遠！

有5-6年時間沒有下榻貴酒店，因為多年前一件保險理賠事情沒有處理好，所以有點生氣。這次入住給我最大的印象就是服務超出預期，尤其是我和國內朋友一起，沒有像其他酒店一樣感覺被不友善對待。選擇銅鑼灣皇冠假日的主要原因是他們有非常實惠的家庭房，房間一張單人床和一張雙人床，特別適合一家三口入住，簡直完美。跟其他酒店“加床”的感覺完全不一樣。其次就是地理位置，特別方便，旺中帶靜，酒店實施特別合適，沒有多餘的比如浮誇大堂等，性價比非常高。馬場景的房間個人特別推薦，窗外景色令人心曠神怡。

complain about Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay. 1) Your official check-in time is 1500 (which is already late when compared with other hotels), however, the room is still not available at 1630. This completely affects my itinerary. 2) The temperature of the hotel room is freezing cold. Always around 17.5-18.5 degrees Celsius! (see attached photos of the temperature record) I told your staff about this and that I have tried to adjust the temperature with the control button inside the room but in vain. He asked me to wait for a while to let the room become warmer. But the whole day and night, the hotel room is freezing cold! I called again, your other staff said that it is central air-conditioning, thus I cannot adjust my own room's temperature! I have been to various hotels both in Hong Kong and all over the world, and I have never been such freezing cold! 3) Your 2-in-1 shampoo is of poor quality, and you did not provide any conditioner. Damaging my hair! I thought you are a well-known hotel and your hotel charge is not cheap but I feel very uncomfortable during my stay in your hotel.

位置不錯，距離時代廣場5分鐘步行路程，旺中帶靜。酒店大堂不夠4星半的氣派，但房間夠大，整潔，有企缸和浴缸，雙人床很大，目測有5尺濶。大堂服務員態度友善，Panda小姐服務貼心，幫我們的房間升級，還安排了生日蛋糕。酒店最差的是半自助早餐：地方小（因此不夠座位，要排隊等候）、服務員明顯不夠、個別服務員態度無禮、食物一般、送餐慢、送來的時候中餐的點心是微溫的。
