Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds.
I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay

Very conveniently located near Time Square and Lee Garden shopping areas. Wide choice of eateries whether on a budget or splurging. Some of the best tasting meals were the economical places! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning of room daily was outstanding and friendly. Appreciate the kind hospitality from hotel manager, Mr. Hong. We’ll be returning.

Crowne Plaza Causeway ligger super centralt og er nemt at komme til med både taxi og offentlig transport. Hotellet er fint indrettet og udsigten over galopbanen fra både værelset og badeværelset gav et spændende indtryk af byen.
Vi havde booket hotellet pga. deres rooftop pool, men desværre var poolet lukket i den pågældende uge pga. vedligeholdelse - hvilket især vores børn blev meget kede af. Hotellet tilbød en mindre kompensation, som vi takkede ja til.
Morgenmaden var af god kvalitrt og hotellet steak-restaurant var fantastisk.

Stayed here a few times. Bar staff upstairs are quick and great. Front desk staff are willing to help with anything. Had a little difficulty with requests to room service, and it took a few days before our request of extra pillows was granted. We will probably stay here again for the staff and walkability, but not for the price or the amount of dust behind and under then beds.

First time I stayed there and leave a nice impression. Staff friendliness and service oriented plays an important role to my good ratings. House keeping service is impeccable. Would hope to have a recycle bin to collect paper and plastic waste from us if possible. That will be a perfect score!

Crown Plaza Causeway Bay is at a premium location. Only a few minutes walk away from Times Square, Sogo, Hysan and Causeway Bay MTR station.
Friendly staff and helpful room service assistants.
Dining wise, I highly recommend Imperial Treasure Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Outstanding customer service at the reception, very help staff and their food is simply amazing.
For evening social, Bar @28 is a lovely place to enjoy a cocktail and relax.
I truly enjoyed stay and will definitely be revisiting in the future.
