It is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location. The staff are friendly and very helpful for advice and help for the surrounding area and transportation to airport. The pool and hot tub area is quiet and welcoming, with great shower facilities and lovely towels. We were so close to the cruise terminal, the Metro, designer shops, Hop on Hop off bus, and ferry to Hong Kong Island. Lots of restaurants nearby at a variety of price points. Definitely recommend!

We have booked a club level room and overall room and staff was great . Only thing a bit lack luster was the selection of food and variety at cocktail hour. We stayed 3 nights and they repeated the same after the second night. Breakfast and tea time food was ok… not great but did the job. Only thing is that for a 5 stars hotel with a 3 Michelin star restaurant in it would make a better assortment.

The facilities were good but the customer service was below average. Anything we wanted could not be achieved.

Excellent and elegant hotel close to everything. The MTR train is on the corner which will take you almost anywhere you want to go.
You can walk to the ferry port at the harbor or across the avenue to the main street, Nathan Road. If you are into high-end shopping, all the top designer stores are at the corner of Peking Road. There is also a new and beautiful mall there with shops and restaurants.
The staff and service at this hotel are exquisite. There is a lovely upscale restaurant on the second level and a wonderful buffet just off the main lobby. I have stayed at the Langham various times before, and it does not disappoint.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Langham. Staff were attentive. The only thing I'd say is that the hotel maybe needs a minor refurbishment - it's starting to look a little old.
