Junior Suite was spacious with two bathrooms, well appointed, nespresso coffee machine and the most fluffy towels and bathrobes complete the feeling of luxury. Access to the Executive room made such a difference to our time in the hotel providing good food and a range of drinks combined with great service.

First room was too hot as they don’t have working ac but was moved to a different room and was great
Spa is very nice and if you pay for the extra club level you get free drinks and snacks make sure you talk to Herman he is a legend

The hotel is historic and is nicely renovated. My room, a deluxe category room, was well appointed and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
I was disappointed that the room overlooked an interior atrium and did not have a view to the outside or access to natural light. Given the layout of the hotel, this seems to be the case for a majority of the rooms.
The furnishings showed a bit of wear.
I felt the service was a bit cold and impersonal, probably a result of being such a big hotel.
