Great location! The best view!

We love the location of the hotel (right on the Danube river). Also that our room facing the river. Our room is clean and staff are helpful. We didn't get a chance to experience the hotel restaurant and bar as we wanted to explore outside the hotel.

Personel çok ilgiliydi. Lobi, asansör, oda çok temiz ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı büfesi zengin ve sunulan ürünler taze ve kezzetliydi.

Outdated amenities. It needs a serious remodeling. Good location and a descent breakfast.

Equipe muito gentil e solícita. Quarto bem espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Restaurante com pratos muito saborosos e bar com ótimos drinks. Localização excelente. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista belíssima.

Very nice hotel right on the Danube. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Bar and restaurant were very good.

Breakfast buffet is superb. Felt the bathroom was slightly dated, but nice clean room in an excellent location

Excellent hotel in the city centre with all major attractions in a walking distance. Exceeding the expectations at every level.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Room facing the river was noisy. Loud techno music and screaming until 2:00am.

The hotel is outdated as far as the rooms, the air-conditioning, the furnishings and amenities such as having an ice machine on the floor that your room is on. In other words very dated. The view was very nice, the location is excellent. It’s just not as nice as was expected. Needs a lot of updating on floor nine for certain and in the spa area where children were screaming while we were receiving a massage. Spa robes in amenities were not up to par.

Breakfast offer was outrageously expense. If purchasing the breakfast package we had to purchase for entire stay. We were leaving very early on the lay day and didn’t have time for breakfast. At $40 euro per day and we didn’t have time, that’s ridiculous that you couldn’t make an exception. Your other exception was $35 euro EACH for breakfast. I couldn’t eat $35 euro of food. Way overpriced with no other option. Just because of that probably will choose a different hotel next time. You have no flexibility!

Lovely hotel, great location with a lovely outdoor seating area looking directly at Buda Castle. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here again without fail!

Location, Location, Location!!! You will not find a better hotel in Budapest. Ask for a river view. It will make the experience so much nicer.

Fantastic room, with amazing views of Buda, Buda Castle, and River Danube. Only complaint would be stupid menu system on the TV

Meh. Mediocre hotel and overpriced. My wife and I had a 2-night pre-cruise stay prior to a Danube river cruise. We booked a Premium Room with 1 King Bed and included Breakfasts. The bed was comfortable. The TV set did not turn on with the remote and, when I looked at the back, the power cord had been pulled out from the TV and I had to reach in to plug in it back in. There was a nespresso machine that does not have a power off switch, so the red power lighht was noticeable when sleeping. The bathroom was tiny with a high-up bathtub that was awkward and dangerous to step in/out of. There was a desk chair that was not an office-style with wheels and the legs squeaked as if they were about to break off. The breakfast was generic buffet-style and nothing to write home about. We had dinner one night and the food was dry, hard and not hot.
