InterContinental Hotels BUDAPEST by IHG

We ended up with a riverview room on the top floor and it was amazing, breakfast was a must and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back

The room was beautiful and the view was stunning but not enough space for luggage ( I with my 2 young adult children) or room in the bathroom for toiletries. The breakfast buffet staff started vacuuming 30 minutes after breakfast finished and it felt a bit rushed but that was due to our attending later in the morning…so. The lounge was exceptional and I would travel again next time with out the extra adults!

Excellent hotel in very central location with nice gym and an excellent breakfast.

The location on the Danube cannot be beat. The staff is very well trained, professional and courteous. A shout out to the front desk team for their top notch customer service. My room window was literally framing the Buda castle like a masterpiece. Would highly recommend for a great experience in this jewel of the Danube.

The room was nice and clean. View was beautiful! I didn’t like that they closed breakfast early and it was only buffet at $40 per person which is way too expensive. None of us could eat $40 worth of breakfast food. We went to the coffee shop where they had muffins, however they only had what was displayed which was 2 blueberry and 1 other flavor. Our whole group wasn’t there yet and nothing to eat for breakfast. I would have preferred breakfast à la cart and even if the coffee shop had to provide the breakfast food. It was not good that we had to start our day off where 2 of us had to split a muffin since there wasn’t enough to feed our group.

The water in the bath was yellow.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. You can really tell that the team takes pride in providing high-quality service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent hospitality.
