A lovely warm welcome.
The apartment was great, very clean and enough room for 3 people.
The kitchenette had everything you'd need and the bathroom was spotless.
Beds were very comfortable.
The apartments were close to the city centre and a two minute walk from Hallsgrimkirkja.
Buses were close by to bring to Perlan if you wanted to go.
Lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in your doorstep too. Perfect place for your holiday stay.

Hi, Alfred. Thanks for your service during our stay in Iceland. Your apartment was more than prefect for 3 of us, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully gear, the location is excellent, everything was good. We were appreciated for all what you had done for us. We were rushing to airport early in the morning on the day we left Iceland, and even didn't have time to call you to say sorry because I accidentally burnt a towel when I took some food from the oven at the night before we left. I'm really sorry about it and wanted to apologize in person. Please let me know if I need to pay for this damage of the towel. Thank you again and we surely will stay in your apartment when we visit Iceland again. Iceland is so amazing. Cheers, Rebecca(Room 1C 4-9/2/2019)

主要大街，超市就在附近，房間大，有廚房。
除地面的房間，其他都要行樓梯，上樓上的樓梯很窄。
我住地庫，樓梯在戶外，但寬敞很多。如樓上有人行過，會聽到腳步聲，窗外又有間用膠紙包裹的雜物室，下雨和風吹都會有嘈音。可能其他房間沒有這問題。
不過估計是業主的老伯伯人很好，又給我提早入住，算是不錯了。

Next to main street and Bonus market
near bus stop #10 just 3 mins walk
everything is good as I only paid for 100$ per night for 4 people room and got a big one
Stayed for four night
Nothing to complain except it's a little dark inside the room
No safe since it has been removed couple months ago
The Room is not what we saw on the website
but still decent
Kitchen and Appliances r great
NO heater in the room but room temp kept around 22-24 Celsius
quite hot actually

Everything was great! Our one bedroom had a very nice kitchen fully supplied with utensils, cookware and dishes. Everything was nit clean and well organized. The information was well prepared. The location is perfect: right next to restaurants and city attractions. The heat was easy to control. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything put together, Alfreds Apartment was truly one of the best bookings we stayed in.

This apartment was perfect for a 4 day visit to Reykjavík. It’s in a great location, 2 min walk to a grocery store (Bonus) and Main Street with shops and restaurants. Quick walk to the main church and rainbow street and 5 min walk to a main road with two bus stop pick ups for airport, blue lagoon and all excursions. The apartment has a mini fridge, hot plate and everything you need. Also very warm and the twin apartment has a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend. Easy check in and out as well!

Great location in the city center, next to a grocery store, well equipped, comfy beds. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected given the localisation near one of the main street. Would recommend if you want to explore Reykjavík.

We stayed here as a family of five and it was a great fit for our needs. The apartment is on the smaller side, but it was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better – close to resturants, shoping, the church, the older city of iceland, the water sculpture, etc which made exploring very easy. The loft bedroom is open, so it may not be ideal for families with very young children, but for us it worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-located place that we would happily stay in again.

Older style but fantastic location to grocery/shopping/food. The door locks a bit tricky as I had trouble and had to explain to 3 other people how to use them. It was clean and laundry on site which was great.
