The sound insulation is bad. We live on the first floor. The most dramatic is that one morning at five o 'clock there was a man like a maniac who knocked at the door and then knocked wildly at every resident's door. It is really too poor quality. The facilities are good. The landlord will send you anything you need right away.

小小的公寓，有陽台，有煮東西的地方，而且最方便的就是超市就是在5分鐘的路程內，很方便去購買食材，而且很接近手信大街。因為我們的房間要上樓，需要拖大行李，房東很好人地會在我們check out時幫我們提行李下去，因為太重，怪不好意思的，但整體而言，近超市大街，而且環境都安靜，是值得再入住的地方

The studio holder is very kind and helpful. He help us to book taxi to the airport. While our flight is delayed, he rearranged the taxi for us. Besides, the location of Alfred's Studios is very good. Bakery just upon 2 blocks ,main shopping street is neary by. We have our pleasant stay in Alfred's Studios.

地點很好 公寓很乾淨 入住時不會見到房東，最好出發前提前聯繫入住方式。夜晚附近有點吵鬧。

旅館地點位於市中心，距離7號巴市區5到10分鐘步行路程，又鄰近mainstreet。房間十分整潔，可惜床褥太軟，沐浴空間太小。

地方大，有廚房用具，亦可免費使用洗衣機 公寓亦近超市，手信街，附近亦多美食 旅遊景點亦是可步行就到的範圍，海邊亦超近，晚上可以在海邊看到一點點極光 職員很好，有問題send email 給他，很快回覆 值得推介 住地下那層會好一點，因為二三樓要行樓梯，拿著行李會比較麻煩

Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda, el lugar queda muy cerca de todo y es fácil caminar a restaurantes, tiendas y paradas de autobús. Nos encantó la limpieza del lugar, la cama tan cómoda y que tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días de descanso.

Location is perfect, cute recognizable house, and it was so nice having a clean comfy warm place to relax in between adventures. We got upgraded to the balcony studio unit and the view was great. Small but perfect for 2 people. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only things that weren't perfect were: -the dish brush had hair all up in it, luckily there were some clean sponges but that brush was gross -we never found the shared laundry room that was advertised, but we ended up not having time to do laundry anyway so we never asked Besides that we loved it. Never heard any of the other guests. Met a staff member on the way out and she was lovely. Thank you for making our stay possible!

Everything perfect

This is a clean, well appointed studio with a very friendly and responsive staff. Location is excellent.

Communication with them is fine. No shampoo, no conditioner though. The hand soap was placed in the shower. I think it makes sense to include both hair products as amenities if you also have hand and body(?) soap. The shower curtains smell like pee, and it’s unbearable (it spreads across the entire apartment). Long strands of hair were also left on the towels placed on the bed. Fridge also has a strange sour smell to it.

初日、ヘアドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。その日は夜遅かったので、翌日、交換を依頼した所、速やかに対応してくださいました。 対応が早く助かりました。 部屋は清潔で必要なものは揃っており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

The apartment is good, clean and also have kitchen tool. The location is good.

It was perfect. I misbooked the dates and they helped me book the extra initial night with no issues. The place is super clean, great location, and only functioning essentials with no half-baked bells and whistles.

Flot og fint indrettet lejlighed tæt på centrum og gågader, men også nem adgang til udfaldsveje fra byen. Fint med parkeringshus tæt på. Trappen til overetagen, hvor lejligheden ligger, er meget stejl. Eneste alvorlige minus er at indgangspartiet til naboejendommen er tilholdssted for tilsyneladende subsistensløse mennesker, hvilket ikke er tryghedsskabende.

Loved staying at Alfred's studios - 15 minute walk to the 14 bus stop for the flybus and tours; and 2 blocks from all the shops and restaurants. My tall husband was very happy with the bed lengths, there was everything we needed to cook breakfast. One thing to note - no elevator and the stairs are steep, somewhat narrow and winding so try to get a lower floor room if you bring luggage.

It was a great location. The communication was helpful. It was very cozy and I wished we could have stayed longer.

Really enjoyed our stay at Alfred's Studios. A short walk to the bay, lots of dining options around, and with two teenagers it was great to have more than a hotel room. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Our apartment was centrally located & within walking distance of downtown and many different sights in Reykjavík. Our unit had all the amenities that we needed during our stay.

Great communication. I loved the room. I got, kitchen was wonderful. TV worked well, fairly quiet, I had the top floor, which was great! Easy to get in with the code, I really enjoyed this place.
