알프레즈 스튜디오스

제가 첫 한국어 후기를 남기게 됐네요! 스튜디오 위치는 선보야저 바로 길건너였구요, 할그림스키르캬에서 직진으로 내려오는 길에 위치해서 어느곳으로 가든 편했습니다. 숙소 컨디션은 정말 최고였어요! 발코니 객실로 예약했는데 뷰는 말할 것도 없고 침구도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 라디에이터는 온돌이 없어도 방을 따뜻하게 하기 충분했구요, 열이 많은 체질이라 씻고나면 한겨울에도 땀을 흘리는데 발코니 문을 열면 더운 공기가 환기돼서 열 식히기에 딱 좋았어요! 그리고 정말 놀랐던 건 바닥 청결이었습니다. 눈길을 밟고 숙소로 돌아오면 신발 때문에 얼룩이 져서 몇번 물티슈로 바닥청소를 했었는데 제 신발 얼룩을 빼곤 시커먼 먼지조차 묻어나는게 없더라구요. 화장실도 제 머리카락 치우느라 몇번 닦았는데 진짜 깨끗했어요! 그리고 투어버스로 여기저기 여행을 했는데 버스정류장은 처음 안내 받은대로 14번 정류장을 이용했어요. 그런데 켁스호스텔에 묵는 현지 동행인이 생겨 몇 번 거기서 타고 내려보니 켁스쪽이 더 가까운 느낌도 들었어요. 정류장은 동선 편하신대로 이용하시면 될 것 같습니다. 제 여행의 절반은 숙소가 다했습니다. 짧은 일주일이었지만 제 집처럼 안락하게 잘 쉬다갑니다. 투어버스에 실려다니느라 오래 머물지 못한게 아쉬울 정도입니다. 다시 아이슬란드로 오게되면 또 알프레드 스튜디오에서 머물고 싶어요.

It was perfect. I misbooked the dates and they helped me book the extra initial night with no issues. The place is super clean, great location, and only functioning essentials with no half-baked bells and whistles.

Flot og fint indrettet lejlighed tæt på centrum og gågader, men også nem adgang til udfaldsveje fra byen. Fint med parkeringshus tæt på. Trappen til overetagen, hvor lejligheden ligger, er meget stejl. Eneste alvorlige minus er at indgangspartiet til naboejendommen er tilholdssted for tilsyneladende subsistensløse mennesker, hvilket ikke er tryghedsskabende.

Loved staying at Alfred's studios - 15 minute walk to the 14 bus stop for the flybus and tours; and 2 blocks from all the shops and restaurants. My tall husband was very happy with the bed lengths, there was everything we needed to cook breakfast. One thing to note - no elevator and the stairs are steep, somewhat narrow and winding so try to get a lower floor room if you bring luggage.

It was a great location. The communication was helpful. It was very cozy and I wished we could have stayed longer.

Really enjoyed our stay at Alfred's Studios. A short walk to the bay, lots of dining options around, and with two teenagers it was great to have more than a hotel room. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Our apartment was centrally located & within walking distance of downtown and many different sights in Reykjavík. Our unit had all the amenities that we needed during our stay.

Great communication. I loved the room. I got, kitchen was wonderful. TV worked well, fairly quiet, I had the top floor, which was great! Easy to get in with the code, I really enjoyed this place.

Great location

apartment is in a nice area close to the main part of the city. The access to the busing system was very easy and convenient. We will definitely stay there again and finally the weather was also excellent.

This place is fine but not sure how it got the extremely high ratings, especially for the price. The space is small but clean. There weren’t any major issues but given the very high ratings on Expedia, I expected more. The bedsheet doesn’t really fit the sofa bed and the sofa bed mattresses were not in good shape. The shades were not dark or even close to anything that helps with sleep when there are 23 hours of daylight. The windows are super thin, so you can hear everything from people walking on the sidewalk below and across the street. It was quite noisy the night we stayed with obviously drunk people singing and having a good time. Harmless enough, but loud and disruptive when you are jet lagged and trying to sleep. Street parking was easy and convenient and the place is close to the main tourist areas. One major warning especially if you are a young family - the nearby parking garage that has cheapest parking about 2 blocks away - we stepped over several (probably 8-10) used hypodermic needles on a staircase between levels. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood but that was a bit disturbing. They were nice to let us check in about an hour earlier than listed and were friendly and responsive to our messages and questions. Overall fine but certainly not the wonderful experience we expected.

We liked the cleanliness and location of the property, however, we did Not know that there was no elevator and the stairs were very steep, small circular steps that made it very hard to take our heavy suitcases up one at a time to the top floor. It was not expected, but perhaps they said in the listing, we didn't see it, and at 70+ years old with a heart attack history, it was more than I'd like to have for a challenge.

Super emplacement🙂 Logement impeccable et chaleureux, tout pour se sentir comme chez soi. Code d'accès pratique.

Great place to stay. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient for town and excursions etc Would use again

A little small overall but suitable for an emergency night due to winter weather-related road closures.

Good stay , nice and clean . Maybe not the best neighbourhood in the town, but wasnt any issues . All in all a nice stay !

The location doesn't get any better than this place. Walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
