Excellent hotel! Will definitely stay here again. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. They readily answered all of our questions and provided great recommendations. Food at the restaurants was great.

The great location in Reykjavik near to sightseeing hot spots, friendly hotel staff and a full range of amenities and a superb City view from the top floors of this hotel makes this a first-choice hotel for me. Bus stop 12 is just outside this hotel which is a collection point for key excursions and tours in Iceland and also transfers from the airport. The Foss chain of hotels are impressive and everything I needed was available at the hotel including late night snacks and sandwiches when returning from the Northern Lights excursions. The only thing I would change is for more conventional air conditioning to be fitted inside rooms and a wider choice for the room service menu including vegetarian options. Loved this hotel so much that I am already planning my next visit in summer 2026 to Reykjavik with a new planned stay at this hotel. Iceland is an amazing country. Excellent!!

Room was excellent. Beautiful view . Although this is hotel is slightly apart from the center but the distance is walkable . Breakfast was delicious and varied.

Great place to stay while in Reykjavik!

チェックアウト後に2日間のエクスカーションを予定しており、その間、スーツケースを預ける必要がありましたが、料金を支払うことでスムーズに預かってもらうことができました。

Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på centrum (kunne nå shopping-gaden til fods). Endte på 15. etage med udsigt og by og vandet - meget flot. Dog bar værelset præg af gammelt møblement bortset fra sengene, som var gode. Badeværelset var håbløst indrettet, idet arkitekten synes, at der også skulle være plads til et badekar. Det betød, at brusedøren bankede op i toilettet (godt, at den ikke gik i stykker). Og til vores store overraskelse og forundring, så anvender de ikke toiletbørster på deres hotel 😵‍💫💩 Vi troede, at den var blevet stjålet 😂, og bad derfor om en ny, men fik at vide, at det var konceptet på hotellet, og at vi bare kunne ringe efter cleaning-staff (poor them!!) 😳 Maden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for - hverken morgenmad eller aftensmad - men til gengæld dyr.

Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great location, especially for booked tours - bus stop #12 was right outside the hotel. Great restaurant and bar.

I had a great stay at Fosshotel Reykjavík. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The location was also very convenient for getting around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Really good room and the hotel is walking distance of local amenities. The bus stop for tours and excursions is right outside.

Very efficient check in/check out, amazing facilities, very high standard of cleanliness and super eco friendly approach. Staff were also so friendly and happy to help
