Room was nice - desk, Nespresso, tea, refrigerator, great shower, great bed and bedding. Nice casual bar. Good seating areas. Great location! In the courtyard right across the street there is a FABULOUS free city walk at 10 am weekdays and 10:40 am Saturday. Sign up online. Parking was easy! On the streets nearby and city hall underground lot. Close to great restaurants snd the amazing food hall. We got coffee and sweet roll at bakery just a block away. Delicious! Great choice. Highly recommend! Book Messina restaurant early - best fish in the city!

Bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund 468.- EUR beim Frühstück den Kaffee aus der Maschiene extra zu berechnen empfinde ich als eine Frechheit. Inklusive war nur der Filterkaffee vom Buffet.

Filter coffee included in breakfast tastes almost like nothing & they charge extra for a regular coffee.
They gave me a super tiny room, where you can almost not access the sink in the bathroom unless you close the door.
Smell of old sweat in my room and food left in the fridge from guest before.
Not possible to borrow an umbrella.
Concierge at check-out was very helpful and frienly (9 july), the rest wasn't friendly.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost anywhere in the downtown area. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room size could be little bigger. Excellent shower in the bathroom. Finding a street parking could be challenging as it’s in a very busy area.

Convenient location. Parking is tricky in the area though. Staff was helpful regarding the parking but not especially warm.
The shower had issues getting water all over the floor so ended up using the handheld shower instead.

Tråkigt att man inte satsat alls på middagsrestaurangen och baren som annars skulle kunnat varit mycket trevlig. Grannhotellet Apoteket fick man istället gå till.

The hotel is ideally located on a quiet square one block behind the main road. In a matter of two minutes, you were in the middle of the action. The bed was comfy and staff was lovely and helpful.
