The staff was very friendly and professional, very helpful with with recommendations and directions. The room was good, and the breakfasts were very tasty and filling. The only problem was the bathroom. It always had a very musty and moldy odor.The bathroom spoiled what would otherwise have been an excellent experience

Great staff. Went above and beyond to make things right for us. This hotel was a great option, nice and central and comfortable rooms.

Helpful, smiling staff, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet in general and close proximity to shops, sites of interest and BSI bus station.

The rooms look different from the pictures online. I had a small room that was near construction and was a bit noisy. I love boutique hotels but this one needs a major facelift.

Very nice staff who told us parking options nearby including free ones. Walking distance to major attractions.

The hotel and the room were clean, staff was great. We even got over the smell of the hot water. We understand why it's like that, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere, so it was a bit of a surprise. The biggest problem was hearing everything in the hallway and above us. One night. It sounded like the upstairs guest was rearranging the furniture.

Nicely located within walkingdistance to the most of Reykjavik city. A friendly straff that provides excellent service.

Great spot to get a taste of Reykjavík while on an overnight layover. The curtains blackout nicely for complete rest and the lobby is cozy. We could also store our luggage easily the next day in their lobby while exploring before our flight. The shower has some dirt or mold looking drips on the top right corner and the bed sheets were very scratchy, but it still provided a great place to rest and get cozy after a long flight.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for getting around the city. Finding parking was reasonably easy as well. Price, location and quiet surroundings make this a very desirable hotel.

We generally liked the hotel and the area in which it was located. Walking distance to everything which is why we chose it. The Bodega pub across the street was a lot of fun and we enjoyed seeing people sit outside on the colorful patio. Parking for the hotel is on the street - no big deal for us. Breakfast was a little sparse for the amount charged so we ate at a nearby restaurant the next day. Bathroom could have used a little painting but other than that, our room was clean and comfortable.

Good location a short walk to restaurants and the harbor. The hotel is modern with large rooms and baths, helpful staff and a good breakfast.

My room was old and worn. Everything going on in the hall, could be heard as was it the room. The shower didn’t work properly. The location was super.
