No lift. Need to walk upstairs. A staff helped me carry my luggage to 3rd floor for check-in when he saw me carrying the luggage upstairs in difficulty. Very nice staff. Not recommend traveller with heavy luggage, unless you are no worry on it.

優點是床和廁所都乾淨， 有微波爐，電水壺用👍 職員也很友善 還有免費耳塞提供，幾好👍而且價錢合理 缺點就是沒電梯，上格床有點難上去， 還有就是儲物櫃生銹嚴重， 女專用浴室花灑間沒格板，但有男女都用得嘅浴室（能上鎖）

位於市中心的海邊,交通方便,可步行往返購物街, 價格相宜,24/7接待,職員友善,房間及公共空間衛生, 各方面都很好但有3層樓的上落需要自行搬抬行李箱及在假日經常有聯歡活動派對即使房間已關上窗子也很騷擾

飯店的氣氛很好。我的房間是含衛浴的海景房，很乾淨的房間，飯店位置離景點很近

地點方便靠近各個景點，旅遊團機場巴士接送都有設點。棉被有附床單都已經鋪好，廁所淋浴間有人分2時段打掃。窮遊最好的選擇。

1) under construction beside the hostel(working hours between 8am-5pm) and sometimes you will hear a deep noise due to ground explosions. 2) no elevator 3) someone entered my room at about 5am.And I had reported this incident immediately but no one reply me after 2 days.When I try to contact the hostel through expedia,I got the below message: One of our reception staff made a mistake and programmed the wrong key. They meant to program the key for the guest in 408 but programmed the key to 409 instead. That guest tried using it on 408 and when that didn't work he tried 409 and entered that room, which was your room. 4) location is good 5) room is tidy and clean

Well management hostel, but need deep clean regularly..

Nice stay for a couple of days in Reykjavik. We had a private room with claen and spacious bathroom and a convenient sofa bed to accomodate children. Close to city centre and a quick drive to the bs station

Stayed in the room with a private bathroom, good value for money in Reykjavik. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, a special thanks for storing my suitcase a day before check-in. Haven't tried the breakfast option, but it looked nice. No kettle/microwave in the room, but we were provided with a card to the hostel floors(there's a kitchen there). The bed was nice and cozy, no complaints here.

Nice place, unfortunately construction next door makes it hard to sleep.

Second time staying here. Great funky fun vibe. As Reykjavick has expanded it's a great spot, just a few blocks from one of the main streets for restaurants, shops, and bars. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property with easy access to area around. Rooms were clean and loved having lockers. Bathrooms were a bit untidy but nothing to be unexpected when staying in a hostel. Be sure to bring your own towel as they charge for rental of same (1000 Icelandic Kronas). Easy check in/out with 24 hour front desk service. Would recommend

Comfortable beds in room with a sea view. Good beer.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff was very diligent about cleaning. I stayed in a six bedroom all women and this hostel was very kind to accommodate me sleeping on a bottom bunk. There is construction in the area so it can be noisy, but the location is excellent.

The door handle came off and I had to put it back on myself or be locked inside the dorm.

Our family stayed in a private room. The room was quiet and spacious. We used the communal kitchen, which was great for family breakfasts. The only downside is we misunderstood the parking fees. The parking in front of the hotel charges 24/7, so we were surprised by the parking fees.
