We were a group of 4. We had two rooms. The entire place was clean and the people there were helpful and pleasant. Meals were delicious. It was a unique place because of its location. Would recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were very quiet. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and at a reasonable price.

Great stay, lovely and welcoming hosts and great base to explore the peninsula. Breakfast & Dinner was also really good with various options. I can def recommend this Hotel.

A very cool hotel. Our triple room was spacious, and the beds are very comfy. The owner was very welcoming. The only thing is there are not much around the area, but it’s only 15-min drive to Stykkishólmur where you can get all you need.

Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone! Stunning surroundings and a very rustic feel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hostess was wonderful!!

Small hotel, simple but clean and good service.

The hotel offers a decent meal, but if you like something else you can drive to Stykkishólmur (20 min) or near Kirkjufell (30 min). We have been lucky to witness the Aurora Borealis at a cloudless night. The 'Hello Aurora' app was supportive. Very friendly host, couple to welcome you overhere.

Very helpful staff and very clean room and property. Hotel is off the beaten track but it meant that with no light pollution we had an excellent Northern Lights show.

Very happy with our stay, Would stay again

It was a country guest house. Felt like I was really seeing the la escape and the people. Down a long dirt road off of another gravel road. Stellar views. Peaceful quiet but only 13 km from town where there were dining options other than the onsite restaurant. Would recommend for sure

Very friendly staff. We arrived at 8:50pm and they still offered us dinner from the restaurant, which closes at 9pm. A little interesting to get to, which involved some rough gravel roads up a small hill.

Home Sweet Home- this place is wonderful, very clean, staff friendly and helpful with anything you need ( directions, weather) . Wonderful restaurant inside with best food and drinks. You will feel like visiting your family. Highly recommend, looking forward to stay again in the future.

Cute hotel, a bit out of the way but worked for our visit to Snaefellsnes Penninsula. Food at the restaurant was good and the room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed it.

Dinner was excellent. The women running it was very friendly. The rooms are very cute and clean. The views from the hotel are amazing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Had cod for dinner which was delicious! The hotel is the perfect combination of rustic and modern.
