Room too small And smell is notthat Good . breakfast is fine.

Hotel rooms require renovation. Wifi quality was not so good in the room.

The room is very outdated Room was not cleaned properly 2 star coz view from room was good.

Very very disappointed because I booked and paid for a room with breakfast included and after we ate breakfast we have been hassled to pay even though I have shown the manager my booking receipts and it says buffet breakfast. He will not honour it.

Room was very small and bathroom was very poor. Full of mosquitoes. Half a cup milk was Rs. 270/- We were recommended this hotel very highly by a friend but were put off.

A solid choice when in Mumbai, great location and good value. Exceptional service by the staff.

The service at this hotel is excellent, really well ran, great food and lovely staff whp cannot do enough for you. The view on the beach from the restaurant and bar sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommended 🙏

The best thing about Citizen Hotel is its location—right by Juhu Beach, with easy access to transport and walks along the shore. The rooms are dated but very clean, with air conditioning and fans. However, the furniture feels old-school. Breakfast was overpriced with limited options, and the staff inside weren’t friendly or helpful—mostly indifferent and rarely smiled. On the other hand, the outside staff, including security, were lovely and always greeted guests warmly. The hotel wasn’t very accommodating, refusing to store bags and hesitating to reheat food since there are no microwaves in the rooms. Overall, decent for location but lacking in service and hospitality.

Honestly, the rooms and bathrooms have seen better days. However, and it’s a BIG however, I would definitely stay again. The restaurant, with it’s terrace overlooking the beach is really excellent. Skip the continental options, the Indian food is superb. Also, the staff, and especially the young folk serving in the restaurant are lovely: sweet and helpful. Breakfast, watching the waves roll in on Juhu beach, is a memorable experience.
