Really nice hotel with some nice facilities. I thought the prices were too high though for food and drink. It was more disproportionate than usual. Also as an example if I wanted to get taxi to airport with hotel it cost 3500 rupees and an uber was 250 rupees. The strategy seemed to be to over charge which I found went to far versus many other comparable hotels I’ve stayed in India

They will charge extra on meal when you you compare to menu. They will also add extra drinks to you bill. There is multiply scams going on at this facility

Need to watch bill. You will get charged extra for thing you didn’t use like menus price are less than what’s on bill, extra drinks charged that you didn’t order. The hotel presents many scames

Amazing service

The stay was nice, the room had all the required amenities like TV, Iron, Kettle, Bathing accessories etc.

Decent stay. Rooms slightly worn out but lesser than many other bigger names or equal names. Very nice staff and excellent breakfast spread. Pool well mantainied. Grounds are huge. Actually a nice hotel.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon with my family for one night—and it was totally worth every penny, thanks to the amazing staff! From check-in to check-out, the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Breakfast was understandably chaotic around 10:20 AM, but that’s to be expected at most places during peak hours. Still, the staff managed it all with a smile and efficiency. Overall, a great short stay. Would definitely return!

The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!
