Rooms should be cleaned better. I don’t think they vacuum the rooms when we stayed for so many days. Bathrooms are dirty and towels are old.

Everything was good. Need to mention Mr.Anoop during breakfast service is excellent. Even without asking he got me a kulcha which was hot and excellent taste.

Room was clean and staff was exceptional. Room Service was very fast.
I am not criticizing but just for the hotel to improve. No face towels or hand towels in the washrooms and no hook or shelf to hang or place your towels. Bath towels need to be dry.
If you’re going for breakfast buffet go through the hotel recreation. I went directly and they charged me more than what the receptionist told me. Over all great place to stay and I will stay there again. I hope this will help you and the hotel improvements staff.
