整體來說旅館還算舒適，服務也不錯，就是附近環境差了點，離海灘有點距離。

Clean rooms and comfy bedding also had facilities, however gym needs a good look into.

Poor condition of rooms, poor breakfast spread and horrible service and quality of food. Very crowded and not organised.

I felt like a rock star. I was greeted and instead of checking in at reception I was taken to my room and it was done there. I was welcomed by a plate of chocolates. With my Unity card, I had a choice of freebies. I chose a welcome drink and got a bucket of FOUR beers. Woo hoo. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Service was impeccable and Vitalhi from guest relations gave us a wonderful surprise for my partners birthday. I would 100% stay here again :)

Property was good. Overall staff was very helpful except one girl. Her name was Albira and she was very rude. We talk to manager about her and he resolved the issue quickly. Recommend to everyone. Nice stay.

The bed mattresswas awful

I would like to convey my special thanks to the security team especially Mr Sachin who took time to explain a situation patiently and was very professional. Staff service in this hotel is very good.

Pool bar staff were amazing!

All was excellent except for a problem during a birthday dinner where the live food was cold and labelled inappropriately. I did make a complaint at the time which I was told would be investigated, however i had to chase the outcome multiple times. Nikki one of the managers was very good however the other manger wouldn't let me speak and continually spoke over me. I was given a resolution of 15% off food and beverage which the other persons in my group already had and when I told management that this wasnt satisfactory they refused to give me an alternate resolution. I work in radio and i am an influencer and I was looking forward to telling my followers and listeners about the great 50th birthday trip to hard rock hotel. All other aspects were fantastic from the breakfast to the room cleaning it was just the Tonic bar and food there that let the hotel down.

The lighting in the room was very bad, especially the bathroom, didn’t had a proper outlet and lighting, hotel by it self is okay location is far and hard to get too

Great people and caring hospitality

Great place to stay staff were so friendly could do enough for us. Bar staff at pool area were exc lent great guys 5 stars to all of them. Rooms are out dated and need modifying that’s the only point I have to make as everything else was brilliant.

Poorly maintained property. The condition of the property has deteriorated over the years. Air conditioning does not work properly. Staff are unpleasant to deal with. I was a regular customer to this resort but definitely would not be returning after this trip.

It was an amazing experience
