Airco op de maker maakt veel lawaai. Slapen wordt onmogelijk zonder oordoppen!! We hadden kamers 1302 en 1303. Verder mooi hotel.

Rude poolside staff and our room was very dated. The TV didn't work and we got bitten a number of times by bed bugs. Definitely wouldn't consider going back again. Hotel staff need to realize they work for the customer not the other way around

Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant. Property location is little inconvenient thought with very narrow lane.

Perfect location, close to everything. And the best thing of all was the staff. The best Indian customer service you can find. Kudos to Niraj who checked us in and went above and beyond regarding everything. Wait staff at the restaurant- shout out to Rebecca, Shenoy, PC, Iba and the guy who made dosas - you guys were the best and made sure everything was seamless and perfect. Wouldn’t have asked for a better experience for mother-daughter birthday trip. Thank you guys for making it extra special

Shortage of sunbeds, people putting towels on beds at 7am. Some bed bug issues for some guests also. Party on Saturday was rock concert volume.

Unfortunately this Hard Rock falls short of some of basics you would expect. The water in the room never ran hot, it was tepid at best. Dreams of a lovely long shower turned into a quick splash and dash. The soft furnishings in the room were very grubby (stains on the cushions etc) and I felt like I needed gloves to move them. Breakfast was absolute chaos and average at best and getting a sunbed was impossible. The Saturday bottomless brunch went down well with Brits staying in the hotel, they seemed to get their moneys worth. The staff were friendly though. Bar prices are high so drink in Calangute if you are there for that. I didn’t expect this to be high end like other Hard Rocks but it fell short of my minimum expectation.

The room was not safe at all. The smoke alarm in room and bathroom was both covered with tissue paper. Critical safety hazard. Room service was terrible. Tried to order food for room service because we came at 10:30pm and was hungry. Once they said they will transfer to room service and then disconnected. Then twice they said they will call back and never called back. After calling again, no apologies or anything. After attempting twice and waiting an hour, we ordered food from outside from an app. None of the charging ports in the room work. This was a non safe and terrible experience stay for the money you took from us

TV sucked, Rooms were cramped and we asked it to be cleaned but never was.

Pool party a must

Rooms were clean but there was strong smell of someone smoking cigarette the whole morning and when we complained, there was not much response from the staff! Despite several rooms being available closer to lobby and reception, we were given a room far away in the corner in second floor which felt like partial treatment as the hotel had many foreigner guests! Overall, it was OK experience, location is bit interior from the main road! Just outside is a stand with bunch of local taxi drivers who bullied our taxi driver as they wanted ‘lot’ more money from us! For a Rae of 3000 INR for a whole day, the hotel gave us a quote of 6500 INR plus taxes! Not happy at all!!!!!

Certainly not 5*… had to be shown 3 rooms before we settled on the last one which the best of a bad bunch to say the least. The first was simply filthy Communal areas in serious need of maintenance And food choices limited. Ordered a hot dog for my child at lunch… the hot dog arrived 1hr and 15min later… the salad appeared a while after. No turn down service in the rooms and dirty dishes piled up on the side of the restaurant It’s a 3* at most!

Bedste service ever! Fantastisk service på dette hotel. Glad, smilende og hurtig betjening fra alle ansatte. Vi følte at det var deres fornemmeste opgave at sørge for, at vi havde det godt. Lige fra receptionen til restauranten, barpersonale, poolmand og den unge søde fyr Cavin, der holdte poolområdet pænt rent. Vi har aldrig oplevet så god service. Vi drømmer om engang at vende tilbage.

I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Truly grateful for such warm hospitality. will Visit Again Soon,Highly recommend..👌

I am very disappointed with the room they have provided me. It was very humid and even the door handle when we entered the room was fully wet with water drops. The passage area was very wet and slippery and there were no windows or balcony. It was very suffocating so we decided not to take the room and we checked out without staying at the hotel. We booked hotel for 3 nights and after many emails hotels.com was able to get us refund half the booking amount.
