Excellent service

The overall property was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and clean - bathroom shower area had some grouting issues but seems standard for Chennai. Expected a little better from Hilton. Areas of improvement - extremely long wait for food when ordered through in room dining / ala carte at bar (>50-60 minutes) each time with having to follow up to ensure we weren’t forgotten. In room TV definitely needs an upgrade. Older model with no option to stream/chromecast. Especially for a Hilton. We stayed in a cheaper hotel nearby that exceeded the standards compared to what Hilton Chennai produced especially from the price we paid vs amenities/services provided. Great location.

Our second stay in The Hilton, Chennai was as enjoyable as our first visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. I can recommend the taxi service organised by the hotel which was perfect for our airport collection and drop-off.

I stay regular at the Hiton Guindy, the staff are excellent and the facilities in the main are good. The gym could do with a few new cardio machines but apart from that everything wlse is pretty good.

This modern hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and seating area. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Convenient for the airport.

A beautiful property with a great team of service providers. Food is great. Check in team was exceptional.

Clean and near to metro stations

Food is not good.its below average. Some of the items are very salty. In Dinner most of the items are not tatsty. In breakfast chatneys are not good all except one.

Only there for a few short hours as an overnight for early airport departure. Only room service was used which was quick and nice. Rest of hotel new & clean but having doors in bathroom for both shower and toilet was inconvenient and unnecessary.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Convienient food and drink options in the hotel anc near a metro stop.

The food was EXCELLENT and the service and hospitality by staff was outstanding!!!

The service at this property is excellent. I continue to return to this hotel consistently over the years for that reason. It is ideal for business customers with a clean environment, an elaborate breakfast buffet ( a beautiful aspect of good Indian hotels), and close proximity to shopping and eating places. The restaurant menu is good though a bit pricey. But quality of dishes and service is generally great. Metro station is right next door for those who hate traveling by car. One of the best Hilton chain hotels I’ve visited over the years.

The hotel is not good, and they need to imprive the quality.

Try to have smart lights didn’t work. We suffered through bright room until the technician disconnected the smart lights

As a female solo trip, i highly recommend this hotel, felt very safe, clean, staff are incredibly helpful. Special thank you to Mr Jay whom helped me organise my trips and visit while in India. Jay made sure everything was on point, incredibly helpful and profesional. Made my stay feel very confortable and secure. Thank you.

Helpful staff. So for service 10 out of 10. The location is also good. The food was good.
