Our stay was excellent. The service was fantastic! The hotel location and amenities were perfect. We had a lovely view of the city and the metro. Although, we didn’t have enough time to use it, the rooftop swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of traditional and continental dishes!
The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, but it took forever to get our food!
Overall, it was our favorite hotel in Chennai, and we will definitely stay there again!

Stayed for two months. Staff service is amazing, they are all so friendly and nice. Decent property, maintenance and cleaning could use better work. Food was okay but expected better.

The overall property was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and clean - bathroom shower area had some grouting issues but seems standard for Chennai. Expected a little better from Hilton.
Areas of improvement - extremely long wait for food when ordered through in room dining / ala carte at bar (>50-60 minutes) each time with having to follow up to ensure we weren’t forgotten.
In room TV definitely needs an upgrade. Older model with no option to stream/chromecast. Especially for a Hilton.
We stayed in a cheaper hotel nearby that exceeded the standards compared to what Hilton Chennai produced especially from the price we paid vs amenities/services provided.

Our second stay in The Hilton, Chennai was as enjoyable as our first visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. I can recommend the taxi service organised by the hotel which was perfect for our airport collection and drop-off.

I stay regular at the Hiton Guindy, the staff are excellent and the facilities in the main are good. The gym could do with a few new cardio machines but apart from that everything wlse is pretty good.
