It’s Tedious to get to the Guest Rooms.Confusing.

Neither the property nor the services will give you feeling like 5 star hotel. Also, you need to walk alot to get in to the room.

A beautiful property at a beautiful location with world class amenities. The swimming pool, breakfast buffett, larger than normal rooms and friendly staff are the highlight.

Nice pool, rooms are good, attentive staff, breakfast options could have been better.

AC isn't strong in my room. It takes a day to reach the set temperature. Definitely needs improvement. Rest was excellent.

Excellent service and great food ! The mahi tikka was the best i have ever had and so was the other chinese and thai dishes .

The property is unique in style well laid out with nice big rooms. Even bathrooms were spacious. Good breakfast spread and very professional and courteous staff. Overall good stay.

Fantastic stay at the Goa Hilton, it felt like a retreat and we had a fantastic honeymoon, Tripti, Waseem and Vila as well as all the staff went above and beyond to make a stay extra special and wonderful.

Not up-to 5 star hotel standards

Stay was awesome unfortunately at the time of booking by hotel.com was misleading we were told we have a airport pickup and hotel said it was an extra charge if this was made clear to me I would have gone with other hotels instead.

The property was great. The stay was enjoyable and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stuti did take care of us very nicely. Overall it was a great experience and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely property. A special thanks to Gillani who was so attentive to all our requests and was super pleasant to work with! Love it when staff go above and beyond to help fix issues… Only flaw was no elevators and we booked two rooms that they couldnt get together- so was a painful back and forth since we were in different floors and had ti walk all those ateps. But grounds were very well kept and bfast buffet spread was very good!

His keen eye for detail and genuine care for our needs were evident in every interaction. He is a true asset to the Ressort, embodying the highest standards of hospitality. The housekeeping team at the resort including Mayur, Samiran, Ishan and Abhishek, deserves immense praise for maintaining high levels of cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. The room was always spotless, with fresh linens and towel animals with personal notes which we truly enjoyed and added a luxurious feel to our stay. The room conditions are average and it’s highly priced for the facilities or location. Amazing breakfast. Special mention for the hospitality and staff but nothing more.
