城市之星酒店

Friendly staff. We had to leave at 3am one day for sunrise tour, the hotel made us sandwiches because we would miss the breakfast. This was very considerate.

我們於2019年的2月1日入住城市之星酒店，透過hotels.com訂房，得到一晚3909盧比=1696台幣=55美金的行政雙床房。房間大小適中，約18到20平方呎吧?兩個人住剛剛好，打掃得很清潔，服務人員很殷勤，送水果送零食與水，但也不會給客人看到貪婪小費的嘴臉，員工教育算是很不錯。縱然酒店所處的地點有點混雜，但一進酒店就可感受到寧靜與舒適。早餐不能說品項豐盛，但完全可以滿足，尤其自動咖啡機的咖啡特別好喝，一連喝了三杯拿鐵，現做的omlete也很不錯。 值得一提的是，這間飯店提供機場接送服務，在德里機場的六號出口。一開始與飯店確認訂單就很順利，為了讓客人不會被其他飯店司機騙走，還提供密碼作為暗號與接機司機核對。出發前日又接到飯店的whatsapp簡訊，提醒接機事宜。司機服務也很好，最後給了他2元美金小費，似乎太少了，對司機有點抱歉。只是接機的車子比較老舊沒有空調，我們沿路吸入德里的髒空氣，結果晚上開始喉嚨痛，第二天就開始咳嗽。 這間飯店還有提供換匯服務，當天100美金換6900盧比，還算可以的匯率，我們之後在專門換匯的地方換7000，但是在其他飯店，尤其是四五星級的大飯店，問過居然只能換到6500。 這間飯店的老闆旗下還有另外一間飯店，名為The Prime Balaji Deluxe @ New Delhi Railway Station（巴拉吉豪華飯店），下次可以考慮。

離德里火車站很近, 走路約莫十分鐘以內, 旁邊有一間麥當勞. 房間整體上還算乾淨, 如果以短時間住上一晚, 算是還可以的選擇

The location is very closed to train station, just need a round 10 minutes to the station by foot.

接上述，要走10-15分鐘。坐auto car 約出價Rs50, friendly staffs,but work slowly,it's India style,要習慣。我們是夜間火車，經理讓我們借用房間浴室洗澡，舒舒服服的去睡火車上，我們十分感謝他們。以三星酒店來說，它給你3.5星的價值。德里的飯店都離地鐵站有距離，auto是最好的選擇。早餐乾淨衛生。

感覺很棒，服務人員親切和善，飯店管理有條不紊，安全乾淨整齊。飯店位置離新德里火車站不算太遠。唯一缺點是空調中有潮濕的氣味，如果能改善就很完美了。

スタッフの対応も良く、市街地、メトロに近いため良かったです。

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and I am overall very happy with this hotel. It's the best hotel I have stayed in that locality (trust me I have tried many). The room was very clean, but the linens could have been better. The bathroom had both hot and cold water, but the washbasin had a crooked faucet. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I was very happily surprised when they arranged to help me buy a new SIM card for me. Breakfast was extremely good, and they were very neatly arranged and taken care of whenever they needed attention (never had this good coffee in India recently). The only thing that really sucked was their WiFi in my room. It was slow and disconnected very frequently, and didn't improve even after complaining.

電車利用者にとって非常に利便性の高いホテル。ドアマンもいて安心感もあり、ドアマンはUberタクシーの手配の確認等、本来業務以外もケアしてくれました。家族経営感はありますが、非常に親切で気さくに話しかけてくれます。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and complimentary drinking water in the room, which was much appreciated. The service truly stood out. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They arranged an airport pickup, allowed me to check in early after my arrival, and even helped organize a local SIM card, which made settling in incredibly easy. They clearly know how to welcome both foreigners and locals alike, making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight — a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Staff is very friendly and hotel is fine for one night. Rooms are quiet and comfortable beds.

The cleanliness of the rooms has a lot to improve, dust, hair and lint in every corner, hard water covering the entire shower glass, not very clean toilets or showers, rust and sediment in shower head and sink, AC and fridge were not working, I asked for ice and I had to pay for the ice and tip the guys who went and bought it. They are servicial people but expect a bill at the end for every little thing, example: one airport transfer is included but not the parking at the airport ( that’ll show up in your check-out bill) ,water is complementary but only the tiny bottles if you ask for a bigger one will have to pay for it, is not about the money but being upfront about it.

The staff were excellent and the room was clean and tidy.
