The Airport Shuttle was timely arranged and the staff were super friendly. They were on top of my flight schedules and made sure Everything went Smooth. It’s a good distance from the Airport. My Trip was very nice and the Hotel City Star helped it make alot easier. I recommend this Hotel.

Clean room and hotel, excellent AC in room and good internet access. Helpful staff and pick up from airport. Good restaurant upstairs. Is on a very busy street but hotel rooms are very quiet. Very central and a 15 minute walk to Delhi Train station if you don’t mind heat and noise but short taxi or tuktuk ride if preferred.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly — reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and complimentary drinking water in the room, which was much appreciated. The service truly stood out. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They arranged an airport pickup, allowed me to check in early after my arrival, and even helped organize a local SIM card, which made settling in incredibly easy. They clearly know how to welcome both foreigners and locals alike, making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight — a lovely setting to start the day. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Recordaba al hotel de mejor manera, pero sigue siendo un espacio aceptable. La habitación es cómoda, con buenos servicios, dentro de lo que cabe. Limpieza: indian standards. Desayuno bien. El restaurante me decepcionó en esta ocasión: pakoras incomibles (¿cómo podría ser?), y cerveza al tiempo, aunque el mesero sugirió que estaba "helada". Conclusión: volvería si toca, pero mejor probaré suerte en otra parte primero.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and I am overall very happy with this hotel. It's the best hotel I have stayed in that locality (trust me I have tried many). The room was very clean, but the linens could have been better. The bathroom had both hot and cold water, but the washbasin had a crooked faucet. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I was very happily surprised when they arranged to help me buy a new SIM card for me. Breakfast was extremely good, and they were very neatly arranged and taken care of whenever they needed attention (never had this good coffee in India recently). The only thing that really sucked was their WiFi in my room. It was slow and disconnected very frequently, and didn't improve even after complaining.

The cleanliness of the rooms has a lot to improve, dust, hair and lint in every corner, hard water covering the entire shower glass, not very clean toilets or showers, rust and sediment in shower head and sink, AC and fridge were not working, I asked for ice and I had to pay for the ice and tip the guys who went and bought it. They are servicial people but expect a bill at the end for every little thing, example: one airport transfer is included but not the parking at the airport ( that’ll show up in your check-out bill) ,water is complementary but only the tiny bottles if you ask for a bigger one will have to pay for it, is not about the money but being upfront about it.
