The staff were very friendly. In the room, some of the power outlets were not working, so it may be good to check which ones are functional and which ones need repair. Also, the towels felt a bit worn out, so replacing them with new ones more frequently would make the stay even more comfortable.

The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!! They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood. The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern.

A bit tired-looking, but it still has a clean, fresh feel.

This is one of the best stays we had, very honest staff and the service is at a different level. This is a gem in Pune in such an amazing spot.

Easy access to transport and close to the airport

Have been staying in this hotel for last 5 years and always had a good experience. Everything is first rate starting from staff behavior, service, breakfast. Location is perfect too.

The view was amazing and the food was really good!

Very wonderful place to stay. I was visiting Pune of the first time and I needed a car service pickup and they were very accommodating to my every need. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Will be staying again in the future!

convenient location to airport (20 min. north ), to old town (30 min. west ), to shopping mall and restaurant area (10 min. east ), along with the main street. (should use car transport, not convenient for train or walk)

Very convenient location. Hotel itself is clean. Noisy both inside and outside

The front facing rooms (facing the large busy street) can be too noisy for very noise sensitive people like me bit for normal people probably fine. Lots of heavy trucks and some sort of machine noise. The thick windows were good but not quite good enough for me. In the middle of the night I changed to a room facing a vacant lot in the back and it was perfect!! Service was excellent. Gave me lots of extra drinking water, and extra sheet and duvet all very quickly without having to argue or pay like some other hotels. My main fruistrations were hard to get cash and my data plan (which worked fine in Delhi) didnt work in Pune. You might consider brining cash and buying a local SIM card in advance. Of course make sure you have Uber which works great and is totally essential. I'm not sure they even have regula cabs with meters.
