What can I say? I love this place! We had just stayed here once before, and when I came in to check in Arti at the front desk said “welcome back sir” and then added “we remember you”. That does not happen often! This hotel is just right! Everything works, just what you need, nothing that you don’t! A minibar that is stocked

Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help with even the smallest requests set the tone for a wonderful stay. Every interaction felt sincere, and their responsiveness made everything effortless. I’ve stayed at several Hyatt properties around the world, but there’s something truly special about Hyatt hotels in India—their hospitality consistently goes above and beyond, and this visit was no exception. My room was always kept in pristine condition, and I deeply appreciated the care put into maintaining it each day. Sobha, who looked after my room, was exceptional. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach were evident in everything she did. The small gestures—fresh flowers, neatly arranged amenities, and the fun, creatively folded towels—always brought a smile to my face. These personal touches made the space feel warm and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. Overall, the service, warmth, and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my stay exceeded every expectation. It’s these memorable moments and thoughtful details that remind me why Hyatt remains one of my top choices whenever I travel.

We got a different room than we had requested and were told it was an ‘upgrade’. It wasn’t. No privacy and noisy as it was next to the pool so we couldn’t open the curtains as there seemed to be always people just outside our window.. It was also noisy due to some constant noise coming through either the ceiling or adjacent wall. Bathroom was not up to five star standards at all. The breakfast and dining room staff in attendance were very good. So was the staff at the front desk. Room service was also very good. Sunil in attendance deserves a lot of credit for his efficiency.

Friendly and humble staff, enjoyed every moment of our stay. We even extended our stay twice. Bakri masala roti was delicious with yoghurt thanks to the chef , amenities were well provided Cleanliness super Overall our stay was wonderful and will be looking forward in the near future. I stayed 5 nights at this hotel comfortably. Airport Transfer: The pickup was very smooth. Although it took some time to get back my checked luggage, the driver patiently waited for me. Room Cleanliness: The staff kept the room clean every day. Breakfast: There was a wide selection of Western-style dishes, and the vegetables and fruits were fresh. They kindly provided takeout coffee cups so I could enjoy it in my room.
